Proper Exercise Technique

Place your knees and hands on the top side of the stability ball and slightly lean forward until your feet come up. Hold this position for a moment to get comfortable, than slowly roll your shins up onto the ball. Once you feel you've gained some control begin to hold your body up so your hands come away from the ball. Raise your shoulders is you're standing tall and maintain your arms at your sides as balancing aids. Try to stay in a balanced position as long as you can. Once you've mastered this, you can do sets of repetitions at varying lengths of time. Very advanced. Be careful!
