Grab a handle in each hand. Walk yourself down until your back is facing the floor. Slightly arching your back, pull yourself up as far as you can while squeezing your shoulder blades together. Make sure you're doing a fast movement on the pull – or concentric contraction – and a slow movement on the way down – or eccentric contraction.
