The contest is open the entire weekend…so you have until Sunday night March 17th to get your entry in.  Everyone has the same fair chance to win and every single will be read.  Please do not use lack of finances as a reason you want to win.  Thank you and Good luck!

bar-quickstart

Comp1-3This is your speedy introduction and welcome tour to the system. Rick tells you what you need to do and how to get started right away.

This will be an in-valuable time saver to help you dive right in and get started without any delay or questions.

The video portion of this segment will help you determine “What Is Going On With Your Knee“. Rick will take you by the hand and walk you through your self-assessment. You can follow along with the online DVD. It will be great. You’ll simply perform a movement that Rick shows you and based on how it feels you’ll know for sure what injury you have.

Rick charges $150 per assessment with his local clients but it’s included in your package. [$150 Value]

bar-1

Comp1-3

In this component you take simple steps to create an environment in your knee so your knee can being to reshape from a painful joint into a pain free joint.

There are 5 steps that you need to do in order to start the reshaping.

[$150 Value]

bar-2

Comp1-3The second part of the KR3 method is reshaping the knee from the outside. Now we are doing things that will continue the reshaping of the knee, with a focus on what we can do to reshape it from the outside from a painful joint to a pain free joint.

With this, there are only 5 steps that you need to take to do this and it will only take a few minutes for you to do. [$29.99 Value]

bar-3

Now we have started the reshaping of the knee from the inside and outside, the next step is to focus on injury specific exercises. Most therapists do all the same exercises no mater what the knee injury is but this is not right. About 60% of the exercises are the same for all knee injuries but the last 40% is injury specific.

knee-grouping

Looking at all knee injuries, they fall into three categories: ligament knee pain, internal knee pain and anterior knee pain. Depending on what category your knee injury falls into will decide the injury specific exercises that you should do.

At this time you’ll be able to implement exercises and stretches because you have addressed the root cause and not the symptoms.

The Online DVDs explain everything step-by-step. Or you can refer to your handy PDF for a quick reference guide to over 60-exercises and techniques you can start using immediately to alleviate pain and feel better in just minutes. This segment will save you time, money, heartache and ultimately your health when you no longer look to medication and surgery as the only alternative. [$150 Value]

Again if you’d like to win one of the 10 20 free copies of the new Fix My Knee Pain system we are awarding here’s all you have to do is answer the following question in the comments form below….

In 250 words or less explain how you think the Fix My Knee Pain system would improve your quality of life.  Tell us why you need access to this information at this point in your life.

The contest is open the entire weekend…so you have until Sunday night March 17th to get your entry in.  Everyone has the same fair chance to win and every single will be read.  Please do not use lack of finances as a reason you want to win.  Thank you and Good luck!

Winning a free copy of “Fix My Knee Pain” would be huge for me!! I am 48 years old and have been an athlete all my life. As I’ve gotten older, I have been injured more and it’s taken longer to heal. I am not ready to give up sports because that is one of my true loves. However, having knee pain on a daily basis has made me start considering retirement. I REALLY would hate to do that! I can still hang with the 20 year olds, so it’s not a matter of skill. It’s a matter of dealing with the knee pain on a daily basis.

It’s pretty simple, if I can fix my knee I’ll be able to enjoy my 2 favourite sports, volleyball and squash. Being able to play those 2 sports my quality of life will improve. Having a stronger knee would also allow m to enjoy some tranquil hikes in the trails near my place as well

I have frequent knee pains. usually after leg day or a long jog

I am a 51year old male who has learnt about how to exercise possibly too late in life. Years ago I did a lot of long distance running using old trainers and with a significant tendency to over-pronate.

It is my knees that are now paying the price and very soon I shall be embarking on a hospital programme to find a remedy.

If I didn’t have this problem I would now happily be incorporating HIT training – in particular hill running and skipping into the cardio-vascular part of my training.

As it is I have to be very selective with cardio which is massively disappointing.

I would love to have the opportunity to read your book to consider how I can adapt my training to cure or alleviate my knee problems without resorting to surgery. If it is already too late for that then I can see that this could still play a major role in my post-operative recovery and rebuilding.

    Yours sincerely

    Andrew Snowdon

I have frequent knee pain usually after leg day or a long jog. Had stitches put in over left knee in 1990 after a car wreck. I’m a martial artist as well and have always been a dominant right foot kicker putting more stress on my left knee

My left knee has been hurting since a fall 4 years ago. It comes and goes, but healing it completely would improve my daily life as a whole. No more worrying about how far, how long I have to wallk with my inflamed knee and the numbness that goes with it. It would equate to being more freed from the limitations my knee pain and discomfort cause. More security in my ability to defend myself, more confidence in general.

After 45 years of punishment, injuries, surgeries and recoveries, I’ve always settled for the most reliable pain relief. Exercise, diet and rest. While researching for the latest natural pain relief, I’ve found that most systems and combinations may cause more harm and very little relief.

Currently training for Ironman triathlon. Going through training with bike and run has taken a toll on my joints, ligaments, and tendons in and around the knee area. Your program will benefit me from the standpoint that I will be able to regain the strength and structure of my knees.

I’ll be honest and say that I am not sure I need this kind of program. My knee discomfort tends to occur only during exercising, but it does limit what exercises I can do (lunges, squats, etc) and the number of reps. If this program could help, then I’d like to win.

About 6 or 7 years ago, I hurt my right knee and about 6 months later I hurt the left one playing volleyball. Upon going to the doctor I was diagnosed with a slight meniscus tear. I was given some strengthening exercises to do which were not real effective. I continued to play sports and be in pain which made me not want to play because of how it hurt. Last year I went to an sports medicine dr and he told me that I had patella femoral pain syndrome and gave me further exercises to try. They have been somewhat effective, but I continue to be in pain when playing sports, running, or climbing up stairs. I have been looking for something to alleviate the pain and get me back to playing sports pain free and having fun enjoying being on the court/field.
I also have pain when I am playing with my kids when they are playing sports or just climbing and jumping all over me. This program would enable me to get back to enjoying all aspects of life.

I had torn my ACL a few years ago playing football and I had
Reconstructed surgery but my knee has
never been the same. I go to the gym 4-5 times a week
but my knee doesn’t allow me to do certain
Workouts is there something I can do.

I don’t have any problems with my knees. But a lot of people do and I am approached almost daily by people who want my help with training. It would mean a lot to me if I could help people that have problems with their knees to work out without having pain. I usually refer them to madefitTV.com. She has a podcast for sore and weak knees. I’m sure your program is more comprehensive and helpful.

I am interested in this program to help prevent irriversible damage to my knees. I have hip pain that is straining my knees and causing me to change my gait. Prior to developing the hip pain, I had severe pain in my knees. I also have a daughter struggling with knee pain. She is a two sport college varsity athlete with anterior and lateral knee pain. I’m sure she could use this program as well.

I am 58 years old and had knee surgery 41 years ago for cartilage and ligament damage. Now I have been told I need replacement surgery. I am hopeful your program can at least defer the replacement similar to the way your shoulder program has put off a recommended shoulder replacement which no longer seems necessary at all. At any rate, thanks for the help with the shoulder!

I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and have sustained several knee injuries. These never occurred from a leg lock, but just during “normal” rolling/sparring. I tore my left LCL and have “self-diagnosed” bursitis in left kneecap as well. I must always wear gel-filled knee pads or the pain is preventative. I constantly (literally) experience “pops” in and around the tendon behind both (outward side) of both knees. Ain’t distance run to me is anything more than 2.5 miles since the knee pain will become to much, while the leg muscles and lungs aren’t worked adequately.

I am a football coach of a high school team in Turkey. Many of my players suffer from knee pains, and after many of them had to take sugeries from their knee. After surgeries they suffer along time and it’s a waste of time and energy for me. Addition to these I’m an old football player, I was a FS for a Turkish football team. As I get older my knee pain is getting worster woster every year. Sometimes during the practices I feel terrible pains and thees pains effects my everyday life. I’m working for the same high school as a scholar and some days I’m on my feet at least 8 hours a day. I’ll be glad when I get rid of theese pains…

The Fix My Knee Pain system is of no direct benefit to me since I don’t suffer from knee pain.
How it WILL benefit me is by empowering me with a system that I, like you, can pay forward and use with my fitness clients who are suffering from acute, chronic, lingering and life-altering knee pain.

I think it is a win/win- you help me by sharing your knowledge with me so that I can share the system and help others to heal themselves.

I have ruptured both of my ACL’s. Neither has been reconstructed or replaced. This leaves both joints unstable in certain positions. Also have had osteochondritis dessicans fragments removed. Because of these injuries my mobility has been negatively effected. Any improvement would obviously allow more activity and a benefit to my quality of life. I have never heard of internal knee reshaping beyond the usual cartilage trimming and grinding away of arthritic growth so this is appealing to me.

I have been using material from you guys for quite a while and have always found them to be of immense value
I peronally suffer from knee pain and have done for some time . I realise that I have been compensating for the pain and now believe that biomechanical issues have arisen beacuse of the compwnsation and it is time to get serious
I am also the conditioner for a rugby league team here in rural Australia [ not paid] and knee injuries are part and parcel of the territory. Anything that will help prevente and treat the players would be great.
This program can help the my quality of life on two fronts-for my knee pain and the pain of others and would therfore be gratly appreciated
    thanks

I would love the chance to win a copy of your program. My knees took a toll in the military as a paratrooper. We hit pretty hard and at 45 now, it takes me a while to get them warmed up. It is frustrating that my knees will not always keep up with my legs on my workouts. I thank you for this opportunity.

I have been suffering from patellofemoral pain syndrome for more than 8 years, I have recently been diagnosed with a partially torn patella tendon that I am currently trying to rehab via PT alone. I am not interested in surgery. I love to squat and perform explosive moves such as box jumps, SQ jumps, lumnge jumps, and and short distance sprints for my interval training; however, my knee pain has limited my mobility, performance and quality of workouts … I want to get back to a less pain free state so I can perform at my best. I hope that your program can help teach me ways to help alleviate my knee pain and get me on the road back to recovery.

    Thank you

I believe that your new system Fix My Knee Pain can help improve my life. About 2 years ago I was out running and was almost hit by a car. In my effort to get off the road I hit a pot hole and ended up with a mid-foot sprain on my left foot. After wearing a boot for 2 months the doctor told me I could start running. I was so excited! However, that excitement was soon gone because my right knee felt like it was going to explode. The pressure was so bad that I couldn’t even walk. Like the true athlete I am I kept trying and still do to this day. The doctor told me that I need a lateral release but I don’t believe him because it only hurts when I run. It doesn’t hurt when doing plyometrics or any other type of exercise. I continue to workout hoping that one day when I try to run again the pain will no longer be there. Running is my passion and have been doing it since I was 13. I think this new program might be just the answer I was looking for without having to get surgery!

I’ve had some real issues with my shoulder and your other program really helped me. As a rugby player, small niggles will always exist, but when a serious injury actually occurs, real professional help will be vital and I expect that this could be an excellent program!

It’s real simple.Being age thirty seven and years of playing sports, martial arts, lifting weights, and working on my feet for most of my life,I’m really starting to feel most of my pain in the knees, but no where else on my body. This bothers me,considering i’m still active and have alot more I want to to in regards to be physical and competing.

As a Basketball player, I have come across many injuries in my own life so far, the last one was tearing a big portion of cartilage in my right knee. Now I’ve been working out again constantly for a several months but I find my last injury haunting me after every couple of leg workouts. So I would love the opportunity to fix this pain.

I love your email newsletter, blogs, and exercise videos!
I am always looking for ways to prevent, protect and heal my body (including my knees!) from any injuries as a result of strength training and high interval training. My mom has knee pain and I want to be able to help her fix her knee problems and would like to win the Fix My Knee Pain system so that I could improve my mom’s and my quality of life. It’s never too late to fix one’s injuries! I wish everyone the best of luck in this contest.

I want to expand my knowledge and expertise in the field of personal training. One of the things that I don’t see in my field (in my area where I train) is focus or ways to eliminate/reduce knee pain. I have a few clients that suffer from this and have modified many of their exercises in order to help them achieve their fitness goals & would like to know more of what I can do to help them. I’m in the business of helping people getting the best results possible and I believe this would be an added benefit towards that

Well, it’s offical. I’m now 40 years old and the temple which is my body is beginning to show signs of age. Not only have three kids, a mortgage, job and years of intense training taken their toll but I had even gotten a little lazy. I was still counting on the fact that I could bounce back into shape as easily as when I was wrestling in college. Since discovering the Lean Hybrid Muscle exercise system, I’ve been back on track. I’m eating right and working out regularly but the one thing that scares me is this nagging knee pain. I’ve always relied on heavy squats, lunges, running, etc to keep me in competitive shape so knee pain has come and gone over the years but NOW it seems poised to put a damper on my healthy lifestyle. I’m a firm believer in heavy squats, sprints and jumping but if maintaining my physical superiority means I can’t even pick up my year old daughter then I’ll be reduced to some shit like spinning or knitting to stay in shape. Don’t let me die!!! Please help me fix my knees; someone committed to being strong should not have such weak links.

I am 71 years old and very active. I work out 6 days a week doing both work with weights [I usually can bench 225] and cardio. Until recently I was doing most all the usual leg exercises including squats. Because of knee pain I now have to limit my leg work to the leg press, sissy squats and a couple of others. Even long walks now bother me. Your system sounds like it could really keep me in the game and help ensure that I do not have to give up exercising which has been an essential part of my life for many years. We also love to travel and I am concerned that my knee problems may start to limit that activity as well which would definitely reduce my quality of life. Winning a copy of your program would be execeptionally helpful to me in continuing to do the things that mean the most to both myself and my wife at our stage of life.

I have run the good race, the bad race and the simple trudge over the years and my knees have carried the brunt of it all. To date I have endured a right knee replacement that led to a foot drop on the right side and DVT on the left leg. Yet, despite it all, I can still ride my bike and exercise regularly… adapting as needed to get things done. I’m not complaining, but spelling out why every bit of help I can get keeps me mobile and productive. Some in my age group might attribute it all to old age and simply slow down, but I find the challenges energizing. I still consider myself perfectible, and “perfect” is something I’ll reach when I die when I can no longer do better. For now, I’d just like to get a knee up on the competition.

I am an assistant football coach at a private liberal arts college who is also in charge of your strength and conditioning program. I am always looking at ways I can assist and guide our players to develop to become better athletes. Each year I have players who experience knee discomfort. They are sent to our athletic trainers. I want to gain the knowledge of why discomfort and how to fix.
I played high school and college football with only a couple of times of knee discomfort, no loss of playing or practicing time. I believe flexibility, conditioning, and overall strength development allowed me for this success. We get players from various level of previous development. So having precise information would allow me to help pinpoint problem and correct problem.

I am suffering from a knee problem due to a ligament tear. It affects my progress in squats and deadlifts. Whenever i am doing any leg work, i will always not be able to work till/beyond my limit as i am afraid. The biggest impact is the effect it have on my social life! I always find myself hesitating to get involve in activities with friends and family as i am afraid that i might i injured my knee again. Also, the specialist that i consulted told me to stay away from sports! I used to play basketball very frequenty with my friends but now i just can’t anymore….

Hopefully with this information, i will be able to get better and get the fear factor out of the way and start gaining large amount of strength.

i had to give up my passion: snowboarding due to an accident. After two knee operations and 4months in a wheelchair I have started walking again, i have been in therapy for 7 months. Its now been 5 years and I can still feel the pain. Especially when i become tired, it gets quite painful.
I would like to be “pain-free” or seriously reduce it, and be “normal” again.

I am a 38 year-old woman who has lost over 180 pounds in 2.5 years; I have maintained my now 130 pound frame for 6 months. Weight lifting was key to my weight loss especially at the end; I have lost weight and changed my body composition. I am now a yummy mummy! But, I am a yummy mummy with sore knees. My knees always ached when I was over 300 pounds and when I initially started my weightloss journey, the pain in them was tremendous. But I kept on…I walked off my first 100 pounds. Recently my trainer ‘tweaked’ my squat and the next day…dear me…I could barely walk with the pain in my knees; and that pain hasn’t left me. And I don’t drive so I rely on my legs; my legs are my ferrari! Now I am at a healthy BMI, I look bloody great, I can beat my 6 year-old girl in races and I can piggy back her up the flights of stairs in my house! But I have very sore knees especially at night…and after all that I have accomplished, I really would like to banish my sore knees to the same hell that my fat was banished to. So that I can live pain free…and get to the point where I can squat double my bodyweight! And I think you can help me. Please.

My son (18) plays competitive basketball and is a senior in high school. He accepted a scholarship to play basketball at Chaminade University in Hawaii (2013-2014). During his senior season he came down with a knee injury (swelling in the tendons) and subsequently took four weeks off. A month later he returned with minor pain. Now the season is over and we have to work on rehabilitation. We have to strengthen his knee, work his core and get him ready for college basketball. To play pain free and prevent reoccurrence is our long term goal. We feel that your ‘Fix My Knee Pain System’ will help my son restructure his knees and prevent re-injury. Thank you.

Honestly I don’t think you can help me with my knee pain. I have had 6 knee surgeries, 5 on my right knee and 1 on my left knee. These are ACL reconstructions with meniscus and PCL tears in addition to a few other ligament damage occurring. I am also unbelievably inflexible, although I work on it regularly I can’t seem to overcome my genetics. It does affect my workouts because stiffness, inflexibility, and pain prevents me from getting low on squats. I have not done leg extensions since the second or third surgery in the mid/late 1990’s other than rehab version, I was told that because it is an open chain exercise that applies pressure directly on the ACL to avoid but I haven’t been able to get good quad development like I want with my current workouts. I want to be able to do pistol squats and cossack squats completely but need to be able to bend low to perform them correctly, something I haven’t done in a really really long time. Think you can actually get me back to that point?

I just fight through the pain. I don’t got no time for that. I am a pretty active person, and anything that could help would be really awesome.

    Hi There,
When I saw this , I knew that this would be be the answer to my husband’s chronic knee pain. He has had two years of chronic pain. It is taking a toll on our family as he is not the person he used to be. We love him so much and would like him to get back to healthy. He had both the miniscus and ACL surgery . The pain is wearing him down mentally and physically. Please help! I love all your programs! I am hoping that this will be the ticket to his recovery. He has tried everything else.

Hi. My name is John and I am 63 years old. Years of hockey, ball and golf is taking it’s toll on my joints, specifically my knees. By trying to get pain relief through massage therapy, I have found out a couple of things. Playing hockey for the past 50 years has created an imbalance in the development of the muscles in my thighs to the extent that my knee joint is being pulled out of alignment. A proper knee workout program would help balance the muscles in my legs and reconfigure my knee alignment. The second thing that I have found is that due to working at a desk (I am a self employed accountant) for the past thirty years, I have paid a price for the sitting long hours through tax time. All the sitting has caused hip problems which follow down my legs into my knees. Doing stretches every morning helps the situation, but I am sure that a proper regimented workout system would strengthen every part of my legs including ankles, knees and hips. Such a program would be significant for me as right now I am unable to walk the golf course or just take an evening walk with my lady. Strange thing is that skating is still pain free until the next morning when I pay the price of playing. I know that following such a workout regiment would help with my overall strength and once I am on my way to proper health I will be able to do more workouts and exercise. I really need to improve my overall strength as the younger hockey players seem to get faster every year so I need all the help I can get.

6 years ago (age 11) competing in judo I tore my cruciate ligament I but due to medical oversight it went undiagnosed and I continued to compete not knowing. A year later it was repaired and shortened but this was not the end of my knee problems as i continued to suffer pain in my knee, eventually requiring the removal of both cartilages. This was followed by a brief competive spell back at judo earning me a place in the national squad. But this didnt last and in feb 2012 I had my most recent operation fixing a rupture using a graft from my hamstring. After this I swore I would change my ways and train tirelessly, this lead me to set an unofficial british squat record of 340lbs (12 weeks post op) and im getting stronger but the problem is that i took a break from judo in order to grow bigger and stronger and on my return I discovered that twisting on the balls of my feet as required in judo hurt me but static movements like squat didnt. Judo is my life and this would be exceptionally helpful in in my return to competition this year and the protection of my knees in the future. If i received this it would be solid investment in my future with visible outcome thanks for your time and consideration. Michael

I spent 20 years playing at a decent level of rugby, but after fracturing my tibia plateau and shredding both ACL and PCLligs I eventually retired. Currently I am a competitive Powerlifter, not stopping never giving up but U do suffer with a pain in my knee, I do as much as I can but my knowledge of therapy is limited. Currently I cannot flex my knee past 90 with a degree of discomfort in the rear if my knee. It is around the popliteus muscle. I am hoping to continue with my powerlifting and get to the World Championships in Prague this year.

Wow, what an offer. Okay where do i start, will this really change my life? Yes, played Basketball for the past 3 years and boy do i enjoy the game. But i have always been a bench player so end of last year i decided to get my s**t together. It was time to change be the player that my coach always said i could be. So i bought 2 jump programs, a ball handling program and a shooting program. As soon as the holidays started i got to work. Improvement started to show and in pickup games i was murdering the guys.

I’m a sophomore in high school was a break out athlete last summer I fractured my tibia during a freak accident playing basketball. Since then I’ve rehabbed it but the pain is something I try to play through and work out through but its to the point I can’t. I didn’t play basketball this season after starting varsity as a freshman last year and years or AAU and national AAU. Since then lower body workouts have been excruciating at best and I can’t really push myself to do the weight or reps I need to in order to strengthen my legs anymore.

One thing bumb knees have taught me is the importance of proper alignment but there are still some activities that I stay away from because I do not believe they can hang. Not saying I would push the envelope but I do see the potential of opting out just to prevent the potential of what could happen. The other option go for it and pay later – which gets old after a while. So this would help life even out, which would definitely help with quality of life.

At age 54, I find myself slowing down somewhat. I still try to exercise regularly & I also do a lot of outdoor yard work. So, my joints tend to hurt a little more after exercising & working outdoors. It would be great to be able to relieve some of that pain in a natural way. When you feel better, you feel like doing more.

I would greatly benefit from this program because my right knee is majorly screwed up. Last fall I had committed to running a marathon, and ending up training for only six weeks, I went from mainly weightlifting to strictly running. The sudden high volume did not play nice with my right knee (which I had never had problems with before). I ended up doing my first marathon, but at a high cost. I have gone to a chiropractor, but not much has changed. He gave me a bunch of stretches and said that I shouldn’t do sprints or squats. Are you kidding me? I am still young (19) and would like to be able to have pain free knees as I continue an active lifestyle.

I am a health care provider (acupuncturist/massage therapist) and I practice what I preach by being active/proactive with my health. I workout 2-3 times/week with resistance training, run 10-14 miles a week, and practice 2-4 times a week on a competitive Dragon boat/ outrigger team. Two years ago I had to stop running because of knee pain and only began running again last August. X-rays and orthopedic tests were negative.

I am beginning to feel some twinges again and can’t quite get rid of them. I am concerned because this August I am scheduled to run in the 200 mile Hood to Coast Relay with my team. I am doing this as a present to myself for my 65th birthday.

I am hoping that the Fix My Knee Pain system will help me get there. Thanks for the opportunity. Martin

I am 74 years old with wear and tear on my left knee. Went to the ortho who was more than happy to cut away but I said to myself, not if I can help it so with my sons advice, have been doing short lunges(steps) and believe it or not can do sumos, face the wall rather successfully and can walk one and one-half miles without much trouble but the problem is if I sit with the knee bent at 90 degrees it gets tight and when I want to go the knee takes some twisting and straightening before it is ready to go with the rest of the body. Would appreciate some procedures to eliminate the problem if I an not too far gone or some more strategies to try. Thanks for your time.

Hi, I’m only 18y old but i have had knee-problems since 16. When it first started i couldn’t even run because of a sharp pain in my knees, so i got my feet scanned by a specialist in the field. My feet pronate and that caused my knee to bend and get injured. They told me that strengthening the area around my knee could help. I also got special soles to realign my feet, I’m able to run now but me knees are still week. I can’t perform box jumps and similar exercises because of the pain. This is annoying since I’m very in to fitness and health and would like to be able to do these kinds of exercises. And as an aspiring strength coach, I see it only fit to lead my future clients with a good example. And that includes a fully functional and healthy body, so bad knees is not an option for me. So I believe that this program could really help me get back in the game and help me approach the best version of myself.

I love to SQUAT heavy weight!!! And as of the past few months my right knee has been causing me some issues. I have had to lower the weights and be more conscious of how my knee feels not to bring out the pain. I use the foam roller extensively before every workout, but this has not solved the issue. I believe “Fix My Knee Pain” will be the secret weapon that helps me “get back to pain free workouts”.

The knee joint is the largest joint in the human body and it is the critical link in the kinetic chain. Went the knee is dysfunctional, it will affect our ability to change the level of COG i.e. squatting, thereby adversely impact on our quality of life. The FMKP system will help many people and athletes to recover from this dysfunction and lead a normal and healthy life. As a fitness advocate, I will need the FMKP system to make a positive influence in the lives of my clients, friends and people whom I care about.

As thoughtful as I am about telling my clients to work mindfully through their bodies’ motion chains, I still LOVE to completely let loose during a workout &, every now & again, just PLAY. But chronic, recurring lateral knee pain keeps derailing my goals to become more explosive & strong during the last 3 years or so. It even creeps up when I’m demo-ing exercises to clients. I try to play it off, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult not to react. Since I’ve never been seriously injured (so fortunate & blessed to have had no surgeries & taken no medications my entire life–never even had a Benadryl), my clients often have a hard time believing I can relate to their struggles. I’d love to be able to work through this, & have a testimony for them that I actually can relate to them. Even if I don’t win this, I’m glad it’s being put out. Joint pain is such a hassle for active, athletic people. And it’s really not a good look for a fitness trainer. I’m getting older, so my body has miles on it. . .& age may be “only a number”, but in my case that number represents a lotta squats, a lotta jumps & many landings.

The chance to win the fix my knee system will definitely open new windows to helping and preventing bigger knee issues in the future. I constantly have knee pains when playing sports and hitting the gym. I’ve tried many methods and techniques to help my knee pain, I even bought a brace and a sleeve for it, And the pain always comes back.I know using your fix my knee system will open new ways to helping and keeping my knee at its best condition for my gym sessions and sports ..I play a large range of sports and enjoy that weekend hike up a steep mountain .also a baseball player in a Sunday ball fast pitch league. I no longer squat or or do leg workouts because my knees always feels weak and hurt. My elbows are starting to heart also while benching and I’m sure I can apply this method for that as well. Also not knowing my exact condition makes it hard to fix the problem so using this product will definitely show me how to lose joint pain and help reshape my knee to a proper form for activities to come. I’ve begun a good vitamin supplement and gym plan , loosing joint pain will really make my life easier for my active self. I’ve read and seen brief knee solutions but never a fully dedicated book to one issue, the knees. This is why this product is meant for me. I’ve had problems since day one of my new life and recovery is always the hardest ..I had a terrible accident doing down hill mountain biking. Long story short, I fell off a mountain. It sucked… I know I will reach my goal once I get over my pains and recovery. This system can excel my fix plus more. I seek help and help is here. Now deliver.

Hi, I have been an avid fitness enthusiast my entire life. I am almost 62 years old and I still lift, run and cycle whenever I am not working , enjoying my family or helping others. Fitness is a pleasure and time well-spent. I work
hard and although I am no Arnold my 5′ 10″ 200 lb body is about 19% bodyfat which for an oldtimer is not too bad.
Here’s the rub. My knees do not have the range of motion they once had and yes there is pain. I have to think twice before running “which I love” or doing squats or even leg presses anymore “which I need”. I am not “retired” and at the way things are going I do not plan on being a couch vegetable anytime soon. I am the sole provider of my family and I help my kids and grandkids and others as much as I am able. I do NOT have time for time-out or
any kind of self-pity. Self reliance and self analysis are more my style. I still think I can get stronger. Without steroids and with knowledge and want-to. I totally appreciate the time that bloggers and sites like Mike’s Critical
Bench take to keep me strong although I am only a name on an e-mail. I will keep the faith and as my dear departed Mother-In -Law always used to say. “I would rather wear out than rust out”. I need to keep those Knees strong and pain-free to Keep on Keeping On. Phil Marzullo PowerHouse Gym

I played football at every level, and even thought I feel in my spirit I always need to compete. I’m not competing at a high enough level. It has nothing to do with age, I know it has to with muscles that aren’t contracting and relaxing properly and areas not firing properly like the glutes. I would love to get back competing and training at a high level, so much of my pain is coming from my lower body. At times my knees just feel weak, painful and open to injury. Thank God I haven’t had a knee injury but I would like to have no pain like I did when I was a young athlete, still green behind the ears confident to try any crazy challenge because I know my body can handle it.

If the program is effective, then I would be a great spokes person or example for you, having worked around doctors and Orthopedics Surgerons for many years. I have had 3 knee surgeries and now am loosing the ability to run and do important exercises. I have fought hard to keep my knees as active as possible so I would not need replacements. Unfortunately after my visit to the doctor this week, it appears I may be loosing, although I have prolonged the inevitable. I would value the opportunity to give your program my best shot and if it works, let everyone know about it. Thanks.

Well this would help me in my family a lot. You see I come from a family with knee problems both from my father’s and Mother’s side. My grandmother from my mother side and my grandfather from my father’s had arthritis at an earlier age compared to other elders/seniors. My dad, at a young age of 37, could no longer do sports because of his knees. My 35 year old uncle from my mother’s side already has knee pain and it prevents him from playing basketball, a sport he really loves. My uncle from my father’s side tore his meniscus and hasn’t recovered yet, it actually got worse, his knee area especially the back area swelled up and now he can’t even walk properly. He use to play basketball and tennis a lot before the injury. This might sound unreal but even my 12 year old cousin experience knee pain. He plans on going pro in tennis but his dad is thinking otherwise because his dad knows that pros should not have knee pain and my cousin might not reach that goal because of knee pain. As for me, I’m a 16 year old athlete. I’m planning to join the basketball team next school year. My problem is that I get a lot of knee pain, which prevents me from playing hardcore and doing my best. I really want to get into the team because I have a feeling it could change my life. It could get me a scholarship, right now my family can’t really afford a good college yet. I want to be a doctor when I grow up, so imagine the expenses, getting a scholarship could really change my life. One thing that could help is fixing my knee pain. Getting the program will not only help me but also help my family. And I’m in the Philippines, there are not much physical therapists here, and I can’t afford them if there were any. Also buying the program will be a huge expense. Thank you

    Hi Mike and Rick,

Occasionally my left knee plays up for some unknown reason. The calf seems to have some influence on it. At the time fluid begins to gather around the knee, I’ve noticed immediately BEHIND the knee, the calf origin seems to pop out / detach itself from close proximity to the posterior knee. I’ve had knee “experts” tell me I shouldn’t squat. I’ve had them tell me my VMO needs work. Fortunately I’ve taken these so called experts comments with a grain of salt. In fact I spent some time doing one legged squat and other variations and now my squat is bigger and better then ever. My VMO on both knees is extremely developed compared to most general population I see and even more so then most bodybuilders in the gym. In fact I get comments on it all the time. One thing I do notice, is that I don’t have good contractile control of my left VMO. I can’t seem to make it dance on my knee so to speak, similar to how someone might contract their left pec and then their right pec. However, my right knee I can. I’ve spent the last 6 months doing glute medius work thinking this might help, but haven’t seen improvement yet. Can you help me?

My 2nd point is that I am a PT in Sydney Australia, I have a number of clients that may benefit from your system. I’ve been following you guys for a little while, but haven’t purchased or put to play any of your systems. I would be interested in trying. If success comes using your system, you would have a string advocate in Australia.

I would be keen to try your shoulder routines too.

    My best,
    Hugo Knight

I am a Soldier. I came back from my last deployment with knee injuries that have plagued me since. I am in constant low grade pain. The TMC only offers pain killers, not anything that would address the actual damage. My pain and stiffness are a small enough thing compared to the price many of my brothers in arms have paid. So long as I can still do my job, all the specialists, appointment hours, and physical therapy will go to those whose need is far greater than mine. So I’m on my own looking for answers. Adapt, improvise, overcome. I have years left in service and I cannot afford to let internal knee pain to interfere with my ability to pass the 2-mile run within time standard. This looks like it might help. Sooner is better since I’m due for a retest soon, but I’ll understand if it takes time to show results. Regardless, I’ll be looking forward to the full release. I have a lot of friends here with bad knees from their time in service as well.

I have been having problems with my knees for alot of my life, for my size and body type I train pretty heavy and I wouldn’t want to change that. I’m a part time/full time wheel chair carer. This involves alot of lifting of body weight and bending at the knees. I’m only 19 years old and I love my job even though at times it’s eart breaking, if my knees keep up at this rate ill have to quite in a year and training in maybe 3. It would improve my life greatly.

I am a personal trainer in Australia and have a few clients with knee problems. I loved the fix the shoulder pain and have helped a couple of my clients. Getting on to pain and trying to alleviate it I think is so important not only for their quality of life but for them to be able to train effectively so they can continue to keep fit and healthy.

My knee pain has steadily increased the past 2 years, past the point of and annoyance. I tore my PCL and medial meniscus 20+ years ago playing Ultimate frisbee. I got scoped, and it took over a year to get back to full strength. I played Ultimate for another 15 years, Basketball for another 20. My knee pain got to the point I could not continue “cutting ” sports. I continued cycling, yoga and Kettlebells and my knee seemed fine. Shooting baskets with one of my clients one day, I knee popped, I tore my lateral meniscus. I rehabbed again, but Father Time has caught up again. I can bike, but cannot walk the dogs in the snow w/o pain, somedays my knee aches constantly. The rest of my body works pretty well for a beat up (almost) 50 year old, I don’t want to stop being active and I don’t want a knee replacement, I am too young!

    Any help would be appreciated!!

I have a knee injury in both knee caps due to continuous high impact exercises and mountain trekking when i was younger. Recently I got a MRI in my wrigth knee due to a continous pain. My doctor said i have a chondromalacia patella and i have to get a surgery. I love to exercise but need to learn to rigth way to do in order no to increase the injuries. Before to get the decision to go into surgery i want to exercise focused on my knees in order to strength my muscles and the reduce the pain.

I am interested in your information because almost all of my clients are over 50–and at least 85% of them have or wi have knee issues. I try to keep myself educated with new ways to help them. I have been interested in your information for a while and believe your approach to corrective will provide me with a greater variety if tools to keep my seniors moving. I have found that several clients have under gone surgery to find they still have the same pain after surgery–what if I could help one of those clients avoid surgery and still feel better? My pursuit of corrective exercise knowledge is a bit obsessive, but I have already seen some great results with my clients-/I think with your information I could be more effective and add able to add knees to the list of body parts I can assist clients in protecting and strengthening. Keep up the good work!

When I was a kid I played a lot of hockey without often wearing proper gear and I usually played the position of goalie. I have experienced pain and swelling in my knees, especially my left knee. I have also experienced what they call “crepitus” in my knees especially when I am climbing stairs.

I really love corrective exercise, and it’s one of my specialities as a personal trainer. The fix my knee pain system would not only increase my quality of life, it would help increase the quality of life of those that I don’t personally train. I like promoting products that improve people’s lives, and I work with a lot of people that have knee pain. From minor to major. It’s would be great to have a program like this to promote. I previously bought your shoulder program and have shared it with my readers, I’d like to do the same with the knee pain program.

As subscriber to Critical Bench I have always found the material relevant, professional and informative. I personally do not have knee pain however, I am starting a personal training business and I know that knee pain is a chronic problem, particularly in the growing aging community. To have better knowledge of preventative and corrective methods to deal with clients with potential knee pain problem would be extremely beneficial. It would enable me to assess and assist the client with confidence; prevent me from having to refer the client to someone with that specific knowledge; increase my client base through credible, proven solutions without speculating or hoping to find the right exercise program; and ultimately broaden my own knowledge base as trainer.

Since discovering (through my own experience and cartilage tears) how squatting correctly vs squatting with even slight misalignment makes all the difference to protecting the knees and preventing injury (vs accelerating the damages of normal wear and tear if you dump heavy weights onto already misaligned ankle, knee and hip joints), I want to know everything I can about this topic. I would love the opportunity to learn not only to prevent any further damage to myself, but to also help my crossfit, yoga and PT clients protect the longevity of their bodies. Many thanks 🙂

I am a registered massage therapist and yoga therapy teacher and trainer. I have a yoga therapy studio in white rock dedicated to students with various physical, mental and emotional challenges, including many people with knee pain or a specific knee pathology.
I also teach a yoga therapy training program to budding yoga therapists.
I would be honoured to receive the”fix my knee pain” program because in my teaching I combine Yoga Therapy tools with modern concepts of assessment, alignment, biomechanics and movement repatterning and I am always looking for effective solutions that empower people to take charge of their own healing process. I receive Rick’s newsletter and have often utilized some of his great tips and ideas.
Personally, I have been dealing with systemic inflammatory arthritis for the last 7 years and my knees are the most affected joints. I feel very blessed to have many tools to decrease my pain and swelling but am always looking for other ways to help myself.
If I win the contest, I will be able to pass along the information and techniques to many students and my yoga therapist trainees will be able to spread the knowledge as well.
Thank you for the opportunity. You are very generous

It never occurred to me when my grandmother complained of Bursitis that I might someday have to endure the same sharp pain whenever I kneel down on my left knee to tie my shoes or pick up dog poop. As a retired Navy SEAL with too many to count hard landings from various altitudes, my knees have been through the wringer … again and again and again. After seven years with a torn miniscus in my right knee I finally had to have it trimmed. That surgery cost me a deployment. The torn miniscus in my left knee is now 10+ years old, and living on the side of a mountain in north Georgia it is only a matter of time before I will need another trim job from the surgeon. I can only hope that your product might aleviate that eventuality.

Winning a copy of “Fix your Knee Pain” would change my life. As a 58 year old runner, I have managed 4 meniscus tears and 4 meniscus repairs during the past dozen years. While my activity level keeps me in some modicum of conditioning I can only run a couple of times a week for a couple of miles. In addition to a bit of knee pain, I mostly fear re-injury that will necessitate knee replacement down the road. If I find the solutions to this little problem I have, then I can exercise at a level which will allow me to really get into shape. I know that being inactive is not a solution, but learning how to remain active, yet uninjured is the skill I need.

Hi. When I was 13 my class was playing soccer on the soccer field. the soccer field was full of dew. I was playing defense and went to steal the ball from my opponent,as I did so I slipped on the dewy field and my left knee twisted as I fell under the other player.I was in excruciating pain after this, but being a punk teenager I stupidly limped on it for 3 days before going to my local emergency room. When I finally limped into the emergency room the doctor took x-rays. It turned out I severly dislocated my patella, and torn most of the ligaments and tendons. I was in a soft cast for 6 weeks. I was still in quite a bit of pain after doing physio and went to see the doctor who did another x-ray and after seeing it sent me to a surgeon, the surgeon performed an arthroscope and found that I had torn cartilage trapped under my knee cap causing it to dislocate. so after physio again I went on to try and train in karate, again I hurt my knee with yet another dislocation. more physio.. From there I was okay until about age 18 when yet again another series of dislocations.Being a young man I shrugged it off and lived with it. By the time I was 21 the pain was once again excruciating. I went to the emergency room where an x-ray revealed a hair line fracture in the patella. I was sent to the same surgeon who then operated but only intended on another arthocope. When He got in He found out that my kneecap was extremely jagged underneath and had to shave the bone and then do a lateral release. After this surgery I had to have help to get into the bathroom,I was on crutches for 6 weeks and while undergoing yet anbother round of physio had to walk with a cane for 3-4 months. Fast forward 2 years Still having a lot of pain and stiffness the doctor sent me to a sports medicine doctor and she did an x-ray,there was changes in the joint structure and I was diuagnosed with osteoarthritis. I alkso had a great deal of pain in the kneecap and was also diagnosed with patellar femoral pain syndrome. To play any kind of sports I now have to wear a protective knee brace with patellar support. because of years of limping I was alos diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my right knee as well. I have been looking for a way to strengthen my knees and finally get relief from the pain and stiffness I now suffer from due to the arthritis. Winning the fix my knee pain would be huge for me in that I can finally fix the problems in both of my knees.

The system would not directly improve my quality of life as I do not have any knee issues, however I work as a Personal Trainer who specializes in working with a senior population and knee pain is the most common issue I see. Many of the clients I work with have tried everything from physical therapy to cortisone shots and look to exercise as a potential way to ease the pain and avoid having to have knee replacement surgery. This system would help me to better assist the people I work with in easing their pain.

Hi! I would like to get free copy with hope the program will help me to release the pain in my knee. It is old injury. Two years ago I started to train for Racewalking. I truly enjoyed it. But after my first competition I got a terrible pain. And then longer I train the stronger and for longer period of time I had pain. I visited several doctors with this problem. But no one could help me. ” It is payment for sport. Better to have pain and do something, then do nothing and do not have pain” said one of them. I left this doctor with tears in my eyes. I had to stop my training because I lost the hope that the pain will be gone. Couple times I did short racewalk but the pain come back and stayed for two days. No more training. But I still have the pain does not matter I do evening leisure walk before bed time or long walk on the mall to do shopping. I am only 40. What kind of pain will I have in my 50,60…? It is really scared me. I know I have to fix it now till it is not too late. I need your help and your advise. Thank you. And sorry for my English

As a personal protection officer I train daily to stay in shape. My knees are my weakest link so it’s hard to get the full extent of the training I need. I push through and the next day I’m so sore it’s almost not worth it. If I could get my knees strong I feel I would be able to push the limits even farther and excel in my training.

I’ve been in the Army for over twenty years. In that time I have done multiple combat tours, made ninety-two parachute jumps, and walked countless miles with a heavy load. Along the way, I had a complete rupture of the ACL and MCL, along with some meniscal lesions and damage to the lateral tibial condyle. A successful ACL and MCL reconstruction surgery followed years later by an unsuccessful microfracture chondroplasty have left me with a ‘wonky’ knee (that’s the technical term for it, I’m told).

Because I am a military Officer, I have to lead from the front, and I take my fitness and ability to conduct tactical training very seriously. Currently, the knee pain doesn’t keep me from doing anything, but it makes everything a little more difficult. I am a certified trainer, as well, and I am constantly looking for ways to help my Soldiers overcome asymmetries and dysfunctions to enable them to be fully functional longer.

I didn’t start studying fitness until I was already damaged goods, but it has made a world of difference for me. I am doing all I can to spread the message of fitness education to the younger folks, helping to foster a fitness culture in my organization so they won’t have to learn the hard way like I did. Of course, less knee pain would help me set a better example!

    Hi Rick. Hey Mike!
Thanks for the heads up. Your Fix My Knee Pain program might be exactly what Im looking for!!
To be honest my knees are kind of OK …though I do get the usual tweaks and creaks from deep squats, lunges and break dancing. But for my Mum and my Auntie it’s another story altogether!
Both have had bad falls in the past year, busted up their knees and are in ongoing pain. These days I have to drive them down the road a couple of times a week and watch them hobble across the car-park to the local swimming pool, just so they can do their aqua classes. It’s the only exercise they can do that doesn’t put massive pressure on their knees and leave them laid out cursing all heaven and hell. If they had some simple exercises they could do at home which strengthened and conditioned the muscles and ligaments of the knee it would make such a difference! They could move through the day with much more ease, with more confidence and freedom, maybe even start walking or running themselves down to the pool, and I would be a free man again;) haha.
Our knees are so important. They connect our whole being to our feet and to the earth and allow us to jump, run and walk …And if you can walk, you can dance. If you can dance, then everything is going to be Ok!

Knee pains are rampant in my family. My father (almost 90 years) has had his knee joints replaced – plastic rather than bone. I am, at age 68, beginning to find climbing steps cumbersome and difficult. My daughter, age 30, had a knee injury in early Little League play, and has suffered through many treatments. Today, she lifts weights competitively, but still suffers pain and bloating of the knee. Winning a copy of “Fix My Knee Pain” would go a long way with my family. I’ve already had success with the purchase and use of exercises in Rick Kaselj’s shoulder pain exercise book. We are motivated! Thanks for letting me say “thanks”.

This is for my son Nathan, a US Marine station in Hawaii. After four combat tours, his knees are painful and interfere with his workouts. He has never had a knee injury in the past. The military doctors told him that his knees are worn out from all the heavy gear he had to carry during his tours. All they did was give him a knee brace. I hope your program can help his knees and help avoid surgery. Thank you for your shoulder pain program. I am using it for my shoulder pain to help prolong my surfing.

I am the Owner and Chief Instructor at Iron Dragon Kung Fu Kickboxing Club. I have trained in the Martial Art of Hung Gar Kung Fu for almost 40 years. I have become increasingly frustrated by knee pain that is limiting my participation in classes and has almost relegated me to the sidelines of the sport that I love! I have had a scope on the meniscus of each knee. While the surgery has alleviated most of the sedentary pain in the knees it is a different matter when the joints are active. I find that I am still unable to get full knee function of the knee’s despite sticking to the rehab exercises I was provided, I truly hope your system would be of help and would gladly shout its benefits from the rooftops to publicize you system if it works for me!

Knee Pain is common these days. Some days I have to use a cane or a walker. Going up and down stair is not easy … have to look for a pillow or pad to kneel down. Getting down makes that much harder to get up. Hopefully that I do not have to get a knee replacement. Some of my Friends have had surgery and it seems like there is no improvement and their walking is limited. ” Fix my Knee pain ” may have answers that can lessen the pain or be pain free. It is not fun to get old before one’s time. Looking over the Components … there appears to be exercises that can lubricate the knee joint

Winning a free copy will allow me to share this strategy with hundreds of clients I am coming across as I have started a business that is focused on addressing aches and pains experienced by so many individuals regardless of age. I can provide them with strategies and knowledge that will help them address the issues without rather than relying on physio, chiro, ortho, osteo, etc.

First off I have several of Mike’s programs and they all work, so anything he recommends has to be legit. Basically, both my knees are on their last leg at age 37. I’ve had 3 surgeries on each the first happening my senior yr of football. Currently both are bone on bone and i have all the current MRI’s and X-rays to prove i’m not lying just to rcv this program free. My reasons to enter this are as follows: Coming from a family of knee problems I have endured the worse faith of my dad and one of my brothers. This is an injury I would like to prevent from happening in both my children 14 and 5. I take them to a local Dome 5 days a week, so my son can train for baseball but I can’t do any of the running with him just throwing. And as soon as our long toss gets to where we have to hop step my knee starts killing but i continue because it’s helping him out. My daughter usually just plays with Barbies or other toys until my son starts doing the agility ladder. Wow this 5 yr old does every drill with him from high knees to the icky shuffle. She keeps telling me she will be my track star. If and anyway this program can help me last long enough to train with my daughter when she’s older would be awesome but most important is for me educating my kids the best I can, so they don’t have to go through the agony and pain I do on a daily basis. I know this went slightly over 250 so please let me know if I should reply again? Thanks for your time!

As a 53 year old UPS driver and an avid bicyclist, I put a lot of miles on my knees yearly. I am also RKC, DVRT and Primal Move certified so rest days for me are uncommon, if ever. I am always searching for new methods on training to keep everything moving and strong and limber. I would love to try some of your workouts so that I may continue to do one legged squats well into my 60’s, among other things.

In 1992, while serving overseas in the Army, I had an unfortunate accident in the line of duty. I suffered a broken hip (pubic remus), torn patellar tendon, torn PCL, and meniscus damage in my left knee and other areas encompassing my left side in general. I spent the past 20 plus years making excuse after excuse why I can’t do this or can’t do that and subsequently became grossly over weight. Long story short…I mustered everything I had and busted my humpity hump to drop 94 pounds down from 296 in just over a year. I am now heavily into weight lifting and have since increased my bench significantly from my beginning and have been working in deadlifts and squats (the best I can). Yea, the knee can hinder progress but I’m left with little options but to suck it up and drive on. I’m 42 now, not 22 and I can’t expect everything to be pain free. I think your system may help me in achieving better results and limited pain working out on injury specific type exercises.

Getting rid of or just reducing knee pain would be a blessing. I’m 54 and my work has me in and out of a step van and on my feet all day. Doing this type of work one would think that my legs are strong but it reality I was actually getting weaker so about a year ago I started to incorporate a lot of leg work into my workout. The knees are better because the legs are stronger but I can still have good and bad days. I have stopped my volunteer work at Habitat because I don’t trust the knees on a construction site. Other activities have also been greatly reduced but what I miss the most is being able to dance with my wife. I have no problem working out with several different kinds of squats, (i still don’t run or jump), and the knees actually feel better as they get stronger but are still unreliable on the dance floor and working with a heavy bag. Getting back the ability to volunteer at what I love to do, dance with the one I love, and add some routines to the workout would be greatly appreciated.

I had a knee injury since last 24 years. I am also a bodybuilder and as an employee at one of the companies that sell gym equipment. But the problem that I face now makes me difficult to make specific jobs such as lifting west through the ladder, make exercises like jump squats, stapper and others. By having competition like this, and hope I am eligible to win the competition, I could learn techniques that can correct my knee from pain. But how? I need to win to get a workout methods. I hope my knee burden me from doing things that require my services. I would like to run, jump and teach people for problems like me. The first thing I want to do after my knee recover is to make weight training as Squat, Clean and Jerk and Snatch. And if my knee is back to normal, I will introduce FIX MY knee pine to those in need. My mother is also a significant knee patients, I hope the training is given, it can also cure the same my mother has long suffered for many years. This suffering, will end, of course I will end each kind. What do you think, what can I do if my knee does not hurt anymore? Thanks to FIX MY Knee Pain – Ricks

I am a personal trainer to women. I live in an area where we there is a huge population of retired people, and many are members at our “club” (the local YMCA). I see a number of these “seniors” who have either had knee replacement surgery or are trying to avoid having it. Arthritis is a biggie in our senior population, too, as well as the effects of being sedentary on the knee joint. I consider working with these women a “calling”, and I want to do all I can to help improve their quality of life. Being able to incorporate exercises and therapies that will “fix their knee pain” would be SUCH a blessing to them… and to me, as I am on cloud 9 when someone reports that their issues, aches, and pains are “going away”. There’s nothing better than being able to help these dear ladies to live active lives once again (some for the first time!). Seems like learning how to fix knee pain would be the gift that keeps on giving. : )

Greetings! I love you stuff! I am currently working through your programs, with the goal of “maxxing” it out – Working all the way through expert, until it becomes easy (that is relative). Anyhow, I am excited about this knee program. Eleven years ago, I was hit by a truck while on my motorcycle. After I woke a month later, I then learned that among my injuries was the “Terrible Triad” – all three ligaments had been torn in my right leg. There was a tremendous benefit to being in a coma for as long as I was, that being a great deal of healing took place without any interference from me. That combined with a brilliant orthopedic surgeon – Dr. Jeffrey Harrison. The reality for me is that my leg will never be like it was before that trauma, including a certain amount of pain through doing the things I enjoy doing, but I am still able to do all of the things I enjoy in life. Nevertheless, I am always seeking to learn the new principles and techniques to minimize that pain, and thus I am writing you this. Thank you for taking the time to read my story.

Hi, Rick: I am in the Army, and we run and hike way too much. I think I have patellafemoral syndrome. As it stands, I work around the pain and take NSAIDs to relieve it. I would put your program to use, and use my position to influence others about your system. It would be divine intervention for me to win this new dvd set on knee pain. My mother has been suffering from knee pain for years. In the past 4 plus months though it has been unbearable. She can barley walk and has been stuck in her bedroom for months now in terrible pain. She has a date set for surgery in early spring but she is over weight and is a risk factor for any kind of surgery. She’s 68yrs old and the kindest soul you’d ever meet it’s so hard to see her in unbearable pain with every move day after day. She’s taking tylenol like candy and constantly icing her knee. Her good know is acting up since she’s compensating so much on the good leg.
I’m a big fan and have viewed some of your works like Muscle imbalances.
This would be such a great gift if i could help my mom in anyway even to avoid surgery would be a miracle.
I hope I win this for the sake of my Mother and anyone else i could help out with this information as well.
Thank you and all the beest

I’m 57 years young. I’ve been trainging for 40 years, have had problems on and off with my knees. I was able to squat and dead lift , but had many set backs because of my knees. If I could get my knees fixed I feel I could train into my 70’s and more. I had my left knee looked at by the doctor for the Maimi Dolphins when I was about 40 y/o. He told me to NEVER do squats or let my knee go down below 90 degrees. I wasn’t ready to just lay down and call it a day. Having knees that worked again would be a life changer for me.

To take a break from studying; to smell the crisp morning air or the feel the coolness of the evening wind; to feel the splash of raindrops on my forehead as I ran in a spring rain. I practice the martial arts and I train almost every day. I am 56 years old, and lately it’s getting harder to train because of the pain I feel on my knees. My left knee is more painful than the right. I have to use the cold compress more frequently. I would like to continue my daily training in the martial arts past my seventies, that’s my goal. Currently, I use knee brace support but I suspect this may actually weaken my knees further. I will hand this program right to my dad as a gift; A 57 year old General Contractor.

He quit baseball young to give my 3 older brothers and I a chance at chasing our athletic dreams instead (from what I understand, he was a wizard and had a chance to play professionally).

He has dedicated his body working in the field, and I have watched him suffer through several knee surgeries.

He has never properly rehabbed or given himself any recovery time because he claims it won’t work or doesn’t have the time.

I am a college student, and have done hundreds of hours of research to educate myself about my own musculature, neurological, and skeletal imbalances. Most recently, I have been using your articles, youtube videos, and blogs to design a program for him but I’m afraid Ill make his pain even worse haha..

In short, this program will be going to a good home and I truly believe will change this mans life.

As a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor,I have had knee pain for many years, especially my right knee. Iam conscious of my movement patterns and loads i use to do lower body workouts[squats, lunges, leg extension] I have limited range of motion in squats and lunges. The right knee will sometimes just giveout unexpectedly when iam walking or climbing stairs or using an elyptical machine or treadmill. I need to keep moving and doing those things as i enjoy training my clients and getting my workouts not only done successfully but have something leftover to complete my day. Iam 65 but can do all the workouts i have done continuosdly for years.I have stretched, foam rollered, Massaged, rested, taken supplements to help stop swelling and inflammation but it is only temporary, and not much has changed. i need counsel on what and where to go from here. My livelihood depends on my knees being stronger and more workable. I am not considering retirement until 95 LOL HELP!!

Being a personal trainer I always come by many of clients who have knee injuries or currently have knee pain. And probably the number one reply I hear after doing a sit down with these potential clients is I have knee pain so I cannot do lunges, squats, step ups, etc and if you do these exercises then your not the trainer for me. As we all know if you suffer from knee pain, avoiding these exercises is not helping you in the road to recovery. Having your program would allow me to provide my clients, present and future with more knowledge and exercise components to heal and get my clients to a fast road to recovery.

    Thanks

Winning a copy of Fixing my Knee Pain would not only help my knee issues, it might help my liver! You see every once in awhile, my knee swells up with an accumulation of fluid. The last time this happened I was on holidays and was ‘forced’ to sit in a beach chair with an ice bag on my knee and a cold beverage in my hand.

Strengthing my knee would help me feel younger (no I’m not going to tell you my age), be more active, and keep me from having unnecessary surgery to repair a soggy liver. Cheers!

Well needless to say I fell and fell and fell some more right on my knees. That by the way, had pads on them. The bruises went away and two months later I go out for a short run and within hours developed “water on the knee”. 11 years ago on Halloween while running outside I was struck by a car. Sustaining a tibial plateau fracture I underwent surgery that day. I have remained active and have worn an unloader brace to prevent the development of arthritis since then. However the march of time is getting the upper hand. If I run my knee hurts for days. I skiedoguls one day and could barely walk that evening. I power through and keep on with cardio and weights. Now pursuing the strongman lifts I’m loving my squats but feel my knees every day. I’d love to do a spartan run but am limited by knee pain. To preserve strength and restore full range of motion while enabling me
to pursue all the activities I love would be a

I am trying to get back into shape and the more I workout the more my knees hurt. It would be wonderful to have the Fix My Knee Pain system take away my knee pain. Not only would it allow me to workout without knee pain it would allow me to go up and down the stairs everyday without pain and also to bend down to that bottom shelf at the grocery store and then be able to get back up without pain. It would be fabulous to be free of knee pain.

I’ve seen some pretty good reply’s as to why some of us need this program. We all seem to have had to endure some form of pain issues in our lives. My story is not too removed from some on here, over 15 years military wear and tear on the body, sports along the way and just constant training to be the best at what I love and thats having a healthy life. While in Afghanistan I was playing volleyball and then basketball and once all was said and done I had a knee the size of a grapefruit. I got sent home to have it looked at and thank God I had no structural damage, but my knees still bother me everyday. I’ve changed up a lot of the things I do as far as training and still the pain is there. One doctor told me it’s just early onset of arthritis. The thought of that at this point in time when my son is really starting to move into sports is crushing me. I’m away from him so much and when I get back to him all he wants to do is play around, but theres times I have to turn him down or play thru the pain. After reading so much of the advice from guys like you I truly believe your program will help me thru this. I work with a lot of guys over here that have to workout on a constant basis and I know that if given this information I can pay it forward. Thanks for listening to my blabbing.

Hi, my name is Anneli. I am very much interested in your program Fix My Knee Pain. When I turned 15, I began running, biking and swimming to overcome some serious health problems. Exercise improved my health dramatically. At 36, I had developed pain in my left knee and hip, and reluctantly gave up running. After switching over to walking, the pain was alleviated only to return six years later in my left foot. My podiatrist prescribed orthotics since I had fallen arches. After a period of time without exercising, which was counterproductive (aches, stiffness, depression), I resumed walking, working out with a DVD program and regained strength, flexibility and hope. When I turned 46, our son invited me to attend a crossfit workout. I was hooked. My body adapted much to my surprise to the challenging workouts and above all, I had fun and I felt like a child. It was like a game. Unfortunately, I tore my medial meniscus in my left knee during crossfit in February 2012, which finally led to arthroscopic surgery to shave off the damaged part of the meniscus in September 2012. Physical therapy followed, and I continue with my stretches. In November 2012, I required extensive surgery on my left foot. As part of my healing, I will use your program to take good care of my knees, as I plan to be active for the rest of my life. Natural solutions are my preference. The knowledge your program offers is extremely valuable.

I’m nearly 63 with two bum knees. I go to the gym and do what I can for and with them. I’m constantly searching for tips as to how I can strengthen the areas around my knees so I can improve my tennis skills. I wear braces when playing tennis and can’t use appropriate tennis footwork because of knee pain. I’m trying to avoid knee surgeries and wonder if I can do this if I scrupulously follow a particular rehabilitation/exercise program. I also take supplements and practice good dietary habits in an attempt to protect my joints and reduce inflammation

I am 55 years old and have been trying to train with my 20 year old who has a high level autism disorder. This is proving difficult for me however since I have nagging knee pain and my knees actually make cracking sounds during squatting movements despite proper form.

I take a tablespoon of fish oil every day which helps ( I don’t think I could train without it) however knee pain persists not only when I am training but walking as well. Today my wife of 21 years told me she wants a divorce so I doubt I will be able to afford your program and any other for quite some time so a free one would definitely be appreciated.

    Hi guys,

I’m a Personal Trainer in Bournemouth, England but my knee has been the bane of my life for exactly half my life, having injured it initially when I was 17 and doing Army selection. I got through, which probably wasn’t a good thing for the knee! I’ve now had 7 operations but my knee still causes me issues. I snowboard & it always loses range but usually get it back, 2 years ago full range didn’t come back so now it doesn’t bend. If you can help me sort this I will be eternally grateful – having full mobility again & no pain would mean I can finally get my fitness where I have felt my entire adult life it should be but had been blocked. Oh, I teach yoga too – would really help to be able to bend my knee fully there, embarrassing (although in yoga you have to let it go…) that I literally can’t do some poses on my right… Pregnant now too, thought the increase in relaxin would release the knee but as yet no such luck. I spend a fortune on treatments which is time out of my business too, so will help on so many levels!!!

I am 54 years old, male. I have been working out for the last 8 years and have been doing a lot of treadmills the last 8 years. At the start, my knees ache on the treadmill, later it dissappered but from time to time it bothers me again. Now i always use a knee support everytime I hit the gym, with or without pain. The fix my knee pain system may be what I need all along. I am hoping that it will give me tips for the proper stretching, warm ups and cool downs. I also will benefit greatly form exercises that will help strengthen my knees. I have read Ricks article and his recommendations are scientifically based- not rumors or weekend learnings- just what i will need.
I plan to work out still in the many years to come and I also would want to be more mobile, flexible and strong in my more senior years- winning this book will help me achieve just that. i was very grateful I stumbled upon Rick and his work, this will help me achieve my dreams.

I have been an active sportsman all my life, starting mainly with soccer and associated training back in the 70’s. Back then the footwear wasn’t so good, and my feet, ankles and knees sure did get sore after all the training, but I loved the game too much. i progressed to squash, golf and martial arts and have enjoyed it all. Then last November, after 5 sequential days of squash, sudden intense pain from one front kick, and it’s been with me since. Is there a way through?

i am into extreme sports like skateboarding and love to do it for long periods of time ast my favorite spots and skateparks as much as 3 hours at a time then rest then go back to skate the next time and my knees need to be in top condition to take a beating on my body and knees with the life that i want to live and be young felt in my joints and body while being in my early 20s i feel i need this program to keep my knees from surgery.

I’m 60 & weigh 172 lbs. I’ve had 5 rt knee operations & 2 lt knee operations. The ortho surgeon wants to perform total knee replacement surgery next year. The risks associated with this type of involved surgery are blood clots & infections. The rehab period is long and painful & I would put my life on hold. I don’t want to do that. I still go hiking (use a cane-for declines) in the woods. I’ve been putting this off for 6 years. I’m a dedicated person & focus on tasks & results. If given an opportunity at this program I can demonstrate to others through my work with this system that it can be a practical alternative to surgery. I can be a poster boy, not only for people with knee problems but for the baby boomers as well. That’s what I can bring to the table to help promote your system & avoid double knee replacement surgery.

Sometimes when I walk, my right knee gives out and I stumble and almost do a lipstand. Sometimes when I walk up the stairs it buckles and I have to lean on the other knee quickly so I don’t fall. I was told by my father as a young boy that I should be kind to my knees and back. I didn’t know what he was talking about until I got older. I did a lot of sports and banged up my knee and also squatting with heavy weights without wrapping g them over the years. As they say,” young, dumb and full c$m.!”

Dear Rick, I have been suffering from occasional sharp knee pain in my right leg from the past 9 years due to Osgood Schlatter. I am currently 21 years old with about 35% body fat. I have reduced about 15 kg in the past 1.5 years mostly from weight training. My knee rarely pains from squats/lunges/leg curls/leg extensions. I also like to do cardio about thrice every week involving jumping/sprinting/cycling.This is where the the knee pain starts and sometimes I have to skip my leg workouts at gym which is really frustrating. I also like to play football but the knee pain restricts it many times. I have interacted with a lot many Orthopedic specialists. These people say that I stop all the above activities and just do walking. I think this is a dumb thing to do. I have taken long periods of rest (upto 4 months) to check if the problem goes away. During that time, I did only exercises involving upper body but there was some sheer dissatisfaction about not losing any significant fat,not involving my legs and sometimes my elbows used to pain due to over usage. At my college an Annual cycle race(36 km) is held every year. I feel like participating but I am afraid of the consequences. Whenever I run or jump, I do it with FEAR. Doctors say that the extra bone growth will subside over a period of time and the pain will vanish. But I have waited for a really long time and there is no relief. I have tried physiotherapy and homeopathy but in vain.I seriously want to get rid of this shit and want to try your program.

I used to play competitive soccer a long time ago. Once I was tackled hard on knees and I needed to cycle a pretty long distance back home. Next couple of hours,my knees swelled up like a balloon. Ever since then my knee have never felt the same. I found some small remedies such as strengthening my glutes to help me reduce the pain.

Now I’m a trainer and I’m helping people with knee pain, especially ultimate Frisbee players. While I have not completely fix my knee pain, I am really wanting it to be gone so that my performance will be improved. In that way not only will I be able to help myself but I can help the athletes I work with helping them lead a pain free athletic life.

I know pain sucks and I want to help others get rid of theirs. Therefore this product will help me tremendously in helping others live pain free.

Hi, i would love to win a copy of “fix my knee pain”to help my 85 year old father who has just started experiencing knee pain. 50 years ago he was driving a school bus, which landed on him, when the road collapsed in India and this is the first sign of pain he’s felt in that time. He still lives a very active life starting the day with an hour walk, and playing bowls a few times a week. As he has no other health issues he’s looking forward to becoming a centarian. ,I as his daughter, and as a personal trainer, would like to help him and my many clients, to keep up this life style, by knowing the best method to strengthen his and others knees.

Rick, I am a US Army Soldier in Korea. I have had two ACL recronstructive surgeries. In the last few years I have obtained ISSA-CFT, MMACA Conditioning Coach, and Crossfit Level I Trainer. I hope to be able to use these skills to further the fitness of myself and my fellow Soldiers, and any others that I can influence as well. There is a saying that you can lead a horse to water, but cannot force him to drink. I have shared your emails and videos in the past. However, using one of your programs to further my education and maintain my fitness credentials will lend an additional level of credibility to the programs and suggestions that I give to those around me.

Up until about a year and a half ago I did a lot of hiking, Mostly in the Columbia river Gorge and Cascades. That was when a rock twisted under my foot and a big chunk of meniscus had to be removed. At 65, I don’t heal like I used to, so I could use some help. I’d love to be able to do the eight or ten mile hikes in the mountains I used to, instead of Struggling to do five miles on level ground.

Every work day for the last 30 years I have gotten down into the ‘primative man” posture, a sort of a cross between a sitting and a squatting position. to examine my canine patients. The hours and years doing this has taken their toll on my knees. I have frequent pain in both of my knees just to the inside of my knee caps. I have come to realize that somehow this posture has damaged my medial meniscuses. I need my knees to function so can continue to help those dogs that need me. I can still get up and down, but it is a painful chore. I believe that excercise is the main theraputic intervention that will help me with this, and well thought out guidence, as I would expect from Mike would be most helpful.

This have taken it’s toll on my knees and and squatting and running is a quite painful experience ;-( I guess, as a young lad, riding a motorbike through the cold Swedish winters (no car) without proper protection didn’t make them any better. I’d love to get back into running again and who knows, maybe be able to do some heavy squatting again?

    Thanks for a great website.

I feel my knees let me down. Not only do they “click” and cause me pain but I have fat sitting right above them as I don’t think the muscles there work properly.
It makes me embarrassed to wear shorts or to show them off in any way.
Over the years I have gone from having them lock up on me to feeling pain when I run and now it’s when I bend down or forward.
I can never determine exactly what brings it on, it just seems to be intermittent pain that catches me off guard and shocks me from the intensity of it.
Im sure lack of Muscle strength and muscle imbalances are mostly the problem but I’m at a loss to knw xctly what to do about it.
At 47 I need help now before other aging problems and arthritis set in.

Hey guys ! I really taken your articles with an deep interest. I’ve been playing sports all My life. But a couple of years ago while competing in a Badminton contest i injured My anterior cruciate ligament. Then five months later i were playing a fotball game. Just a few minutes in i ripped My anterior ligament , in the same knee.. I ‘ve tried to come back but it has been a couple of letdowns.. I guess i felt an inspiration when redining your articles about dealing with kneepain :).

The last couple of years i have been strugling with an depression. This have made me lazy and overweight . But the last month i felt i was feed up! I got my act tohether and i’m at the gym 2-3days a week. I also run atleast once a week. So i’m at the starting point. But i feel my old injury sometimes coming back. if there is even a small chance that your expertise can help me with the strainght training, running and even to play fotball again, even if just for fun, well that would make My life a whole lot better !

I have knee problems since I was a child due to me growing very fast in my childhood and teenage times. I tried to overcome this problem by start training but instead my knee problems just got worse. That´s why I am very limited with my exercises that I can perform at the moment. Your program would not only increase my health but also I could do more with my kids. The quality of my time that I spend with them would increase and I can play football with them. Now it is just not possible and even to bike, hike with my kids and that makes me sad. I would enjoy having more stability and could work around my weak body part.

I would appreciate to be among one of the 10 lucky ones and that you are so generous.

I would really love to have your Fix My Knee Pain program. I have suffered from chondromalacia patella for about 10 years and the discomfort has resulted in the less involvement in sports, most notably basketball. I really believe in your instruction that not only physically helps a person through using the best exercises with the correct form, but also through the encouragement each person to press on and achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. Winning your program would help me to recup my knee, strengthen it properly to increase stability which will help with preventing future injuries. Keep up the great work, Mike!

I believe it was due to years of long distance running at H.S. and college aged years, I know experience knee pain in multiple types of excercise. I am about to be 44 years old and trying to move heavy iron to hold/build muscle and these pains are limiting what I can do. I would definitely like to win and can hopefully excel with the heavy iron and be one the poster boy for the program in the future.

I am 54 years old and had a bone disease during my growth years (osteochondritis dessicans). At the age of 21 I discovered my knees would collapse and they were operated on to remove loose bodies. At 28 years of age they operated again to drill holes in my bones as an experiment to see if new bone would grow. I was told then that I would need knee replacements by 40. I have out lived that prediction by 14 years and became a Stott certified pilates instructor as part of that journey to beat the odds. Now, though I know I am reaching my limit as walking is becoming quite painful particularly as the bones are now quite distorted and I have severe knock knees or as they call it here in Germany X Beine (legs). I am always searching for ways to improve the lifespan of my natural knees and yet at the same time continue with exercise (I use to do spin classes but that is now painful too) I also feel that with this knowledge I can also pass it on to clients as I know that simply through experience I will become much more of a “knee expert”. I find biomechanics fascinating and am constantly amazed that a little bit of tweaking in the body can bring huge results. I believe this will continue to help myself and others journey along the right path to pain free, helathier and efficient functioning knees! Great that you do this work!

Even though I lift weights regularly, strength training in the gym does not hurt my knees. What does hurt my knees, however, are my Sunday soccer sessions. Each time I am done with them, it is almost inevitable that the following day, my knees hurt. I would have to walk around slowly and going up and down the stairs would be a pain in the… knees. At the age of 27, I certainly hope to be able to walk even at the age of 50. Hope to win this copy to enable me to not play soccer with my friends, but to be able to play soccer with my kids.

I know I am one of many of deserving individuals to get your program. I am 52 years old and trying to get back in shape. Everything I know how to do is at this time out of the question. I can’t jump rope, run, burpees or mountain climbers for example, due to knee pain in both knees. In the mornings I have to hold on to the banister to get down stairs because of the pain in my knees. Now this does get better as I move around more, but every morning it’s a challenge and I wonder if I will make it at all in the future as I get older. I have had MCL, ACL and menicus repair and replacement in my left knee 5 years ago and ACL replacement and two menicus repairs in my right knee 2 years ago. Not only does this effect my ability to get back into shape it does hender my ability to do my job as well. I am a power lineman and I am still expected to climb poles and towers. I have other injureries as well, and I hope some of your programs can assit with also, but my kness have much highr priority. Thanks for developing a progam that addresses this problem.

I am 32yrs old and walking with a limp, unable to run, and have an overall feeling of pain, some days more so than others. This all happened from a ski injury 2yrs ago in which I broke the patella. It has healed but I need help with rehab and suitable exercise to really heal properly. Stairs and inclines are an issue and it does give out on me once in a while where I catch myself. I have been overcompensating since the injury and thus I am sure I have numerous related issues. I feel like this is it and I’ll never be like I was before the injury. I would love to make progress and get better. I am willing to try anything to get some relief and I really want a program that works. Rick, please help me fix my knee pain, if anyone can help I know you can.

My knees hurt when I walk. I thought it was because of previous injury but now I think its that plus getting older-I’m 60. If it went away it would be miraculous and set my clock back 10 years. I would like to fix my knee pain so that I may be more active without having to grin and bear it. I have been trying to be more consistent in having my exercise routine back in place. It seems that I am unbalanced in my conditioning as I like to try and run alot. When I run sometimes initially or after a week or two there is a point where I just love how endomorphins work because my left knee seems to grind. I am thinking I have too much scar tissue there or my synovial fluid is lessened.

As a former triathlete, this would be huge. I had to give up a number of activities after operations on both knees. I have adapted fairly well but would like to get some of the leg activities back. Programs from various ‘professionals’ have not been successful. I also have a sister with knee pain and doctors keep telling her they need to do a knee replacement. I am trying to help but we haven’t found anything that works. I think this program may do the trick. I would like to save her from ‘going under the knife.’

It would be fantastic to find a way to end my knee pain. The pain is so strong that just kneeling down or getting up from a chair is difficult. When I do my squats I have to box squat in case my knee buckles. The orthopedic could find little in my x rays. Tomorrow he will be looking at my MRI. I have just started trying to get back to lifting and playing sports after taking 2 years off because of my knees. I messed up my knees when I was 20 riding a mountain bike that was too small for me. A Dr. told me I have patellar tendonitis and that I shredded most of the cartilage in my knees. I am now almost 44 years old, and want to be able to keep up with my 4 children. I would love to know which exercises I can use to strengthen my knees so I can run and play with the kids and be able to teach them how to ski. I haven’t been skiing in 20 years because I am afraid my knees can’t handle the stress from skiing. I would love the opportunity to tell all my friends and family that the reason I can enjoy the sports I love and keep up with my kids is because of your program. Thank you for your consideration.

I believe this product will help me because I had ACL reconstruction and meniscus surgery in 2001 and meniscus surgery again in 2004. Since then I have experimented with lots of different programs and diets to lead as close to a pain free life as possible with decent, but not great success. I am trying to avoid frequent injections in my knee and medications for pain relief and not have this constant reminder every time I wake up.

Doing a lot of rotating moves in my aerobox classes starts to have bad effects in my life.
Still, I don’t think it’s un-reversible for I only have knee pain some days.
After a day of running up and down stairs or (trying) to do pistol squats all hell breaks lose.
Also after a 4 hours hike, I get pains.
After a lotta rest things get back to normal still, the knee pain is always in moderate form present.
I hope it’s not to late and I’ll do enything to avoid surgery.
This is why I enter this competition, hope this is my ticket to injury free knees in the future.

My client has sore knees and spinal bifida occulata (4th lumbar). She is limited to a 20% lunge or squat as anything past that causes pain under the knee cap. Her knees always make clicking sounds.

My passion is 1-1 In-Home training for clients who are recovering from injuries.

I was at the 2013 Business Fitness Summit in Costa Mesa Calfornia, and was hoping to talk to you but you disappeared!

I am on your injury of the month news letter and want to learn as much as I possibly can about all injuries in order to help my clients.

Hope to meet you in person some day.

I’m 46 years old and am discovering the mistakes of my youth. I prefer alternative methods to the typical FDA approved poisons that treat rather than fix the problems associated with age. after reading about your program I became curious as to how training different can fix my clicking knee sound and severe pain when performing squats or just simple Tai chi or even being 10,00 feet on a mountain and experiencing almost crippling debilitating pain with out doing a thing. The many years of wrestling, soccer and just plain lifting incorrectly have finally come to a head. I have been working out since I was 41/2 when I started playing soccer so I can say I am an expert when it comes to good and bad work out and training regimens. I would like you Mike and your program to prove to me after wasting hundreds of dollar over the years for this program or that program only for them to get thrown away or stuck in a closet somewhere. How can your program out of hundreds stand above all others and most of all can it prevent what “they” say is “eventual” surgery?

I’m 57 years old. I never thought I was capable of performing a full back squat until I stumbled on how to do one until I read one of Dan John’s books. I was in heaven. I could finally do full squats. So I started slowly and everything was going smoothly. However, once the weight started to go past my bodyweight I started to feel pain just below the knee cap in both my knees. I checked my alignment and form and everything as far as I can tell is good. Anyway, I backed off from the full squat until I can figure out what’s wrong. I would hope that with Fix My Knee Pain that I could assess what the problem is with my knee and take corrective action so that I can resume doing full squats again. Thanks.

As a 40-yr old personal trainer, dealing with medial knee pain on a continual basis (whilst concealing said pain from my clients) whilst demonstrating exercises and their correct technique, is no walk in the park. I’ve been to two physical therapist’s, neither of whom could give any definitive causes for the pain/discomfort I experience. At this point I’ll try anything to eradicate the pain my knee gives me and seeing as I’ve invested in a ton of your other products, and got great results from them, winning a copy of this program could just be the Holy Grail I need.

    Hi Rick,

I’m 65 and strated my second week of StrongLifts 5×5 and I alternate that with TT Home Workout Revolution (HWR) – just finished doing all the Beginner Workouts – of which there are 10. Being new to the barbell squat and with many squating type exerces in the HWR I want to ensure that I do the exercises correctly and not injury my knees. I do toe slightly when squating. I am not sure about the total body extensions as they only require a 1/4 squat (aka faux jump).

SO that is why I feel that your program will support my efforts just like the Fix My Shoulder Pain has helped and I can do a barbell overhead press.

    Thank you for your consideration.

As a UK veteran slowing down is not in my nature. Several injuries (patella fractures, femoral crush fractures) I am a father of four and student of karate I need my knees! I am now in the midst of deciding whether or not to continue with my karate as daily function is difficult after training (stairs are not my friend any longer). The ironic part is I am a PT and I have spent hundreds of dollars on treatment and help for my knee pain-nothing so far has helped in the long term. Hope you can help and thanks for the chance to tell my knee pain story. JB

  287. Arlene

Hi my name is Arlene and this program would benefit me in two ways.

I have been into powerlifting and strength training for many years. I’m doing well, however, my knees are still problematic.

Genetically, my family has terrible joints. My father had 4 knee replacements and a hip replacement. And my mother has had a knee replacement and a hip replacement.

I read a lot and have tried to my best to keep my knees healthy, but they still suffer. I eat a well-balanced diet, take a lot of good supplements and have an excellent training partner, but to rid of myself of this problem, once and for all, I would be in your debt.

I am also a personal trainer and if this program works for me, I would definitely make it an integral part of each of my client’s program.

Thank you for this offer and all the best.

    Arlene 🙂

I am in my mid 60’s, and I have more knee pain lately, often daily. An MRI 2 years ago indicated arthritis in my knee, and 12 sessions of P.T only helped a little. I do squats (1-3 sets) 5 x per week, but I still have pain. I hope that the program would reduce the frequency and degree of knee pain. I would like to resume jogging, which previously made the knee pain worse. I also hope that that the program would add more stability to my knee. At times, this knee seems looser than my other knee.

So I just entered my 40’s and things could be going smoother. All the years of sports I guess are starting to take there toll on me. Right now it’s my knees. Now my real issue is this, with my knees hurting it’s making it harder and harder to work out! I have 2 little girls that are on the go and want to play with their dad but man my knees are killing me and my overall fitness is down because of the pain. Kind of a bummer right? I need to workout to get my fitness up and play with the kids but my knees are pulling me down. I’m open to ideas on how to fix this issue. Maybe this system can help.

I work with kids from 3-18 years old, of all fitness and athletic backgrounds. FMKP would be a great resource for us to have to be able to hopefully head off knee pain before it happens by giving us a greater insight into knee pain and what causes it. We like to be proactive instead of reactive and this would definitely allow us to take a more proactive stance with regards to knee pain. Thanks and Cheers!

I am a 53 year old, very active male who has had six knee surgeries. I have little to no cartilage left. My bones are almost flat on flat. I prefer to work out and keep active outdoors. My current knee situation prevents that from happening. I travel frequently and long drives or worse, long flights, end up with my knee and leg swollen and immovable.

Due to my limited ability to exercise I have gained weight and my fitness level is below what I would consider acceptable.

I have tried different types of exercises, stretches and supplements with limited success. Perhaps you have a method that could contribute to a higher quality of life for me.

A year ago, a friend and I were walkig and talking, when he misstepped, I went to help and he went limp when I braced him, which he then fell on top of me. I twisted my right knee. Having no insurance did not help. Icing helped and 5 months later, I felt good enough to try a jog walk of quarter mile walk followed my quarter mile jog. I felt great until the next day when I could hardly put weight on it. A fter bringinging down the swelling , more isometrics, then cycling. I am lifting weights again but would sure like to do more, including jogging.

I love to workout. I love it so much I became a personal trainer at age 21 and I now own my own fitness facility. For years I have suffered from excrutiating knee pain which has turned one of the greatest joys in my life into something I cringe to think about. I’m a corrective exercise and movement specialist and have been telling my clients and the general public for years that musculoskeletal pain doesn’t get fixed with conventional medicine! It only fixes the symptom not the root of the problem. Yet, they won’t listen…..arghhhhhh. In actuality, surgeries only perpetuate more dysfunction within the body causing more injury in the long run. Perhaps this video shall solidify my preaching and dispel myths about why your knee becomes affected due to alignment issues such as a locked up ankle or hip/s just to name off a few check points that affect the kinetic chain. Just like a car, you can change the tires to temporarily fix your alignment problem but at the end of the day your still not fixing the root of the problem which is your alignment!!! I guess since I’m not a doctor my advice is taken with a grain of salt. Sad but true. If I were to win this contest I will personally record on video not only my entire class but my lecture that I will be doing in a couple of months and observe everyone’s actions when advice is actually coming from renown experts on knee pain!! Thanks so much for offering such a great package as I personally think we need to change people’s tunnel vision of thinking conventional medicine is the cure all end all!!! We need a revolution in movement!!! Thanks so much and best of luck to everyone!!!

I would love to try this program because my active lifestyle has been hampered by knee pain. I am convinces that it is not my knee itself that is the problem, even though that is where I feel the pain.
I believe the problem stems from another body part that needs strengthening, or a habit that needs correcting.
I assume that your program addresses the causes of such knee problems.
At this point I have become frustrated with not being able to fully participate in sports at the level that I know I am capable of. Quite often I cannot participate at all.
I would love to have my knee be pain free again, and I would love to get back to being active with my friends!

My knee problems about 4 years ago, during my time as a basketball player in junior college. At that point of time, i fail to recognize the seriousness of the problem and played through 2 years of pain, knee pain on a daily basis, sprained my knee a lot of times 🙁 It wasn’t until when i went into the army about 2 years ago, when my army doctor tells me that my knee problem was actually my ACL spraining, that i realize the seriousness. He referred me to a physiotherapist to help with my knee. However, after 8 weeks, nothing has improved. i am truly on the verge of giving up, but i kept trying my best as i want to return to basketball the sport that i love, and not want to be hindered by it. But after a few more weeks I got discharge and was told to consult my doctor again as there was no significant improvement. Coincidentally my doctor left his post already and I need to wait for several months before I can consult another doctor. As of now I am stuck in a piece of no man’s land with minimal help. I am rather depressed as it does seem like nothing I can do to alleviate my knee problems. Thus I am really elated to know that Rick is releasing Fix My Knee Problems, as I know this program can really help me like how Fix My Shoulder Pain did!!!

I have been athletic all of my life having participated in numerous sports including weightlifting for the past 15 years and although I have never suffered a knee injury I have noticed a steady increase in pain that started in my left knee and is now starting in my right. I have tried numerous anti inflammitory meds and have eliminated exercises. That directly put stress on my knees but the pains has not gone away. I am hoping a program that is created specifically to address the problem will help ease some of the pain and help me function near normal again.

Winning a free copy of “Fix My Knee Pain” would be tremendous for me. I am 61 years old and have been attempting to get in the best shape of my life the past three years. Unfortunately for me, my left knee keeps getting injured and swollen when I perform high intensity exercise like sprinting. When the left knee pain returns it becomes difficult for me to even walk, let alone exercise and then I have to see a therapist to get relief. As a result of these setbacks I gain weight and then it becomes even more difficult to exercise at the level I became accustomed to. Consequently, I have to be very careful on how much stress I put on my left knee when exercising. Elimination of my knee pain would allow me to elevate my exercise regime and remain active.

First of all, thanks the generous sharing of information you have done over the years. Appreciate your professional knowledge in helping my clients and friends get through their personal struggles of pain and returning to functional ability. This is an area that really interests me as a personal trainer. My life is about my wife, my daughter and fitness (Weight training, MMA and Swimming).. unfortunatelly i had an ACL tear a few years ago and had cirgury. Since then i have done everything i can to be in the best shape possible, i’m 35 and i feel better than when i was 20 but my lower body development is getting kind of hard to keep up because of the pain and instability i was left with in my right leg since the surgery.. training my legs isnt easy and even running doesnt feel right.. i feel instability and pain.
This could be exactly what i need to regain strength and balance to my knee, letting me push as hard as i like to do with all the rest of my body and finally giving me te opportunity to reach my goals.

Quite simply, I would be able to do more in work and fun. Consciously or unconsciously, it is natural to avoid movement that is painful. I can power through it, but performance suffers. Winning a copy of ‘fix my knee pain’ be mean so much. I am a huge fan of power (and generally heavy) lifting i have had some problem in my knee that comes and goes for years. I have seen a physio and they didnt do much to temporarily make the pain better. Its clearly effecting my squat -which is my favorite lift- as i already have to wear a knee support and i have only been fully into powerlifting for a year, not to mention the obvious difference in the size of my left leg compared to my right.
I am only 28 and i have already had success with your ‘fix my shoulder pain’ and would really like to put this knee problem to the grave as i shouldn’t be suffering from these kind of pains until alot later on in my powerlifting life.

At age 51 and an athlete all my life, I recently underwent my 2nd arthroscopic knee surgery, 1 on each knee. Had surgery in Dec, PT in Jan-Feb, and back to my workouts in Mar. Unfortunately I have continued pain in the knee, and am close to going back to see my Ortho Dr this week if it doesn’t subside. I definitely don’t want to undergo another surgery, and am afraid if I do that a knee replacement may be in order. I would love nothing more than to try your program and see how well it can help me.

    Hey Guys,

I’ve bought several of Rick’s products already and I know they work well and that he is well informed. Personally, I would suggest that everyone pay for the product, regardless of whether or not they “win” a free copy.

Having grown up with Osgood-Schlatter, patellar subluxations, arthritis and many other knee afflictions, I can most definitely say that you can’t put a price on curing knee pain.

Best of luck to all of you in healing your pain. It can be a long and arduous road, but with the right knowledge and iron will, you can undoubtedly heal.

Rick will give you the knowledge, but you have to follow through! Ironically, people usually follow through much more strongly with a program when they pay a good chunk of change for it. Try to keep that in mind if you end up getting a free copy and adjust your attitude accordingly.

    Best wishes

    Stone Paul

I’m a 37 yr old who 2 yrs ago I had a acl replacement surgery along with two torn meniscus. I would like to have this program cause my health has went down hill over the last two years, because I still have alot of pain in my knee and I think from reading and research of this program it would greatly help me get rid of my knee pain. I also would like to have the program so I can get back in shape so I have more energy to do more stuff with my son Dylan. My son is everything to me and I want to be able to get out teach him the stuff he needs to do to stay healthy a live a good life. I also would like to be able to get rid of this knee pain so I’m able to do the things he enjoys more like sports and hiking, right now I try to do these thins but the knee pain keeps me from doing them and I feel as though I’m failing him as a father. My parents are also getting older and are needing help more with their every day life I try but it’s a struggle for me so thats why I need your program.

  321. Sara G

So kind of you guys to offer this up to us!
I’m a personal trainer, so I know a lot of the readers out there are probably saying: “why does she need a product like this, she’s a trainer and has all the background to help her unlike me.” Fair enough. But i’m very comfortable admitting that I do not know everything and I need to rely on the experts, too.
I run fitness boot camps in my community and while I do everything I can to make the workouts safe and challenging, a lot of my clients still complain about nagging knee issues. Some from inactivity of years past, others from being in sports during college and paying the price now. Having a product like this one by Rick and Mike will allow me to help hundreds of people learn to exercise without pain and strengthen their knees so they can be active the rest of their lives. I guess we can say this would a pay it forward thing.
    Thanks for this opportunity. -Sara

    hi mike,
my name is craig and i am and actor, dancer, martial artist and theater perfromance artist with dozens of credits in all categories. a few years ago i adopted a homeless terrier named cora.

cora was abused and is a high energy dog. she needed to run out her frustrations so i bought a bike and rigged up a way for her to run next to me. the bike was not adjusted correctly for my range of motion and soon afterwards i developed an aberration in my movement that caused me to tear an Anterior cruciate ligament.

well after years of crutches, chiropractors, healers… etc. i am functioning quite well. no more professional dance companies and no more stunt fighting in films. but i am currently teaching kung-fu and still performing monthly with a theater company named TOHUBOHU! EXTREME THEATER~ ( http://rachelrosenthal.org/rr/tohubohu.html )

my knee is my only weakness… it is the first thing that gets sore and hurts. the main problem is that it feels unstable and i have to be extra careful and conscious with my movements… it restricts my expression and not good for perfromance art based in improvisation.

i met an inspirational dancer and want to get back into dancing again but i need to learn how to strengthen my knees to support lifts and support low stances when i am teaching animal style kung fu.

i do several knee exercises but none that really strengthen my knee and address the specific imbalance that i think is causing my problem. i think your system will address my needs with “injury specific knee exercises”.

why is no one else out there offering this!
thanks for your work in putting this knee program together and thanks for offering this contest as it makes it possible for me to win this much needed information!
    blessings~

Athletes suffer the consequences most commonly in their knees. I’ve had two surgeires on my left knee, the last one about 25 years ago. Of course, exercising the knee daily is probably the best approach. Keep the muscles strong and the knee does better. And young people today need to learn from our mistakes. If they exercise properly before participating in sprots, then they will have less of a chance of causing a knee injury. We only two knees and we need them both. So nutritional supplements and exercise seem like the best options. We want to avoid surgery at all costs.

To win a free copy of fix my knee would be a wonderful thing because it would probably change the quality of life very much. I’m a very big into weightlifting and have been for quite a few years now but had to take a 10 month lay off from it to have knee surgery to correct a problem I had call patella disbalshia, it where your patella constantly dislocates. After I had the surgery when it came to the rehab I only was able to go to physical therapy for about 2 month before my insurance declined. I was only able to get full mobility in my knee but was not able or shown to correct way to build my knee back to full strength. I think your program would help tremendously in strengthening my knee and going through life without pain so I can get back to all the physical activities I love.

Since being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy 10 years ago I have been trying to train my legs in a pain free way without success The Cerebral Palsy affects my Left side of the body and due to putting more weight on my right side to compensate I have been having troule with my right knee which has become so bad I can no longer squat and hav to do partial deadlifts. I have weight trained since 16years of age and I am now 44. Using the Fix my knee pain and being able to train pain free would help me prolong my quality of life and I would beable to stop taking pain killers and anti inflammatry medicines, because weight training is my only hobby I would like to continue for as long as possible

Winning a free copy of this will help me maintain improve functionality and stability in my knees. I am a provincial level soccer player, therefore there is a lot of impact on the knees when trying to quickly change motions, quickness, sudden changes in speeds. I recently tore my meniscus and had to partial meniscectomy. This was in October, with my injury occuring in July. I am currently still recovering slowly and starting to train slowly. However, after some workouts and little rest, I felt discomfort in my knee, which might have been patellar tendinitis. By winning this program, I could also improve my knee functionality and actually get knowledge on how to take care of my knees when also playing high intensity sports and training. This will also benefit me in the long-term as I age. I am currently 19 years old.

I have had pain in my right knee for three decades. My family doctor has checked it. Several chiropractors have checked it. An orthodpedic surgeon has checked it. They have not found anything wrong. The one thing that seems to alleviate the pain is an exercise with an elastic band. Getting rid of the knee pain would improve my mobility and my ability to exercise my legs.

    Thanks

About 10 years ago, I tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus in my left knee playing basketball. Ever since my injury, I have battled in those 10 years constant knee pain, limited range of motion, overall leg weakness. I have just been examined by my specialist who performed my knee procedure previously, and he has discovered that I have even more damage and arthritis that someone one my age and athletic ability should not have. I have had to cut my training schedule and playing indefinitely while concentrating on rehabilitation and healing. I am looking to change my future as an active athletic individual, and I would love the opportunity to learn from the best. Fix My Knee Pain would aid me in the extra push I need to get over the hump in the quest for me to get back to my active lifestyle once more.

I would absolutely love to win this as I am such an active person and being able to lift and do all the things that I want to be able to do pain free means the world to me. Learning as much as I can about the knee and how to alleviate some of the symptoms that I suffer from would really go a long way in making sure that I can keep my active lifestyle for years to come. Knee pain is such a hindrance in even just daily activities and I would give the world to be 100% pain free. I have learned so much from you already and that is why I am so excited about “Fix My Knee Pain”. It would be so incredible to win a copy of this so I can start educating myself as much as possible.

I am a fitness nurse and new mother. Never before had I had knee pain until recently and didn’t understand the importance of regular, specific exercises until I was introduced to your site workouts for injuries. I purchased the Knee Injury Solution and do the exercises myself and guide my clients with and without knee pain to do them as well. I no longer have knee pain and I have many clients who have progressed in their workouts simply by including the ones you suggest. They fear less of advancing in their regime which gives them more confidence to do more .. some examples are returning to karate, participating in triathlons, walking without a cane and even squatting to do work on the garden again. Very positive results and I believe winning this program would only add to my arsenal of knee pain resources. Thank you for your time and consideration and good luck to everybody who enters!

While I can’t say I’m a chronic knee pain sufferer I’d love to be able to pass on the benefits to my clients of a system like the one you have put together. ‘fix my knee pain’ will be a comprehensive program to finally and ultimately address my knee issues. I’ve had pain in my knee that has affected my athletic performance as well as general quality of life. On my own I have been unable to ascertain the cause of my pain and must now turn to the professional advice found in this program.

I’m 61 and have had my left knee reconstructed in 1994 and right knee scoped in 2000 and then replaced in 2005. Three months ago I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease. One of PD.org suggestions to delay the progress of PD, is aerobic exercise on an Elliptical machine or treadmill. Both activities cause me knee pain. Strengthening my knees would help alleviate the pain and slow the progression of PD.

My younger sister had a stroke a few years ago at the age of 50. Since then, her left arm has been unusable, and her left leg has been only marginally usable. Her right arm and leg have been doing the lion’s share of the work ever since the stroke, and lately she has been complaining about knee pain in her right leg from all the extra use it goes through, especially when she has to get up from a chair. I don’t know what is going to happen to her if she doesn’t get some real help with her legs. She may have to leave her home and go into a full-care facility, which would just crush her spirit. If we could win a copy of your new knee program it would mean the world to us. On behalf of my sister and I, thanks for sponsoring the contest Rick.

I am a poster child for “Fix My Knee Pain.” After years of benign neglect, I resumed regular physical activity: jogging, kettlebells, skiing, soccer. But right now, after 90′ minutes on the pitch, a 5K, or a good day on the slopes, both knees hurt and the right one gets an effusion. I enjoy these activities immensely, but as a 48 year old whose already had a meniscal tear with subsequent surgery and rehab, I appreciate the load my knees have to take in these activities. I want to keep up my activity. I want to ski with my children (and future grandchildren – no rush though kids!). But I’m only going to reach these goals if I address my knee issues NOW!

I have played football through college and always fought through any knee pain. I am now 36 and I have a family. I live in Colorado and we are very active outdoors. I am starting to have very bad problems with my knees and it is beginning to affect my activity level with my kids. They are even starting to ask why I hurt after hiking, skiing, etc. I would love a chance to find something that is going to help me and I do not have to go under the knife. Until I saw this system advertised, I thought surgery was going to be my only answer. I now have hope it’s not. I would love to try your system and provide feedback. Thank you for your work you do!

    Hello,

Up to a year ago I have been very fortunate to be able to keep in decent shape. I had a tear in my meniscus which I was able to manage the pain for about six months before having it repaired. I had some interruption in life and 2012 was not a great workout year. I started back in early 2013 and my knees are not cooperating. I am 48 and working through the pain and stiffness hoping it will get better sooner than later. I bought a product called Tommy Copper and it does help manage the pain but would prefer being painless! I am working on losing the 20lbs of fat I put on in 2012.

    All the best!

I’ve purchased the elbow pain and shoulder pain installments of this series, but this is the one I’ve been anticipating the most. My left knee has never been the same since blowing out my acl & mcl 9 years ago. In a weird way, it was a good injury, as the subsequent surgery and rehab prompted me to renew my dedication to health and fitness, but my knee has never been the same. I’m hoping this program will bring my knee back up to par with the rest of me.

I understand that this would be more of a commercial application, but I would be passing along your website information (I already do now!).

I’ve had mild nagging medial knee pain for about three years now. I’ve been to my doctor, two different chiropractors, a physiologist, and two physical therapists. I’ve had injections, TENS, ultrasound, xrays, etc. Nothing seems to have any effect on it. Hi Mike,
I am 52 and I enjoy being active in sport. I play golf and I used to partake in marthons (which I can no longer do). I wake in the morning and my wife has to help me get on my feet, I walk around for 10 minutes just to get my knees opearsting, before I can do anything else. Doctors and therapists have tried various treatments and exercises, which only eases the pain in my knees for a short time and then it is back to normal. Winning this DVD pack would give me the opportunity to try and resolve my knee issues and who knows I will be able maybe run marathons again.
Thank you for the opportunity to enter the competition and thank you for all the tips I receive in my inbox on a regular base.
    Best regards,
    Pieter

i am a 53 year old “hardgainer.” i have a circular problem. i’m out of shape but can’t do much working out because of knee pain. i’ve been trying to work around it for a couple of years now. so it’s affecting my workouts, my looks (because i can’t workout properly), and my health (because i can’t workout properly and get in shape because of knee pain). i can’t even do things like go for a hike or things like that. it’s really negatively affecting every area of my life. to eliminate my knee pain would be a freeing experience and could change my entire life. i could workout again, do fun things outside again, get in shape, increase my health, look better, etc etc etc! please help!

I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis when I save 35 (I am 53 now). I was told in June 2012 due to my osteoarthritis, both knees need replacing. February 21, 2013 I had the replacement to the right knee and am currently recovering. I am looking to put off, no, avoid surgery to the left. I’ve been active for a few years, hiking, participating in cardio kickboxing which I taught for a while; strength training, and Muay Thai which I take with my teenage son. When I was told to stop all exercise except walking I was devastated and fell into depression. I am praying this program along with physical therapy can get me back to the active life style I love.

Wow! Seems you have hit a solution to a big problem with everyone. I just turned 60 last month and always been active physically and athletically. I had ACL reconstruction on my left knee 30 years ago and has done very well for me. I am can do squats yet but have reduced the weight and increased reps to keep the pain to a minimum. I am determined to do anything in my power to never have knee replacement surgery. I just feel that is not the answer. I use a professional grade elliptical for some HIIT workouts which works well but I like lifting weights yet.

Your ‘Fix My Knee Pain’ program has definitely peaked my interest. I am glad you have taken on this ‘sore’ subject and look forward to working with your system.

Hi, I’ve been dealing with knee pain for five years, and winning the Fix My Knee program would bring a lot more peace and function to my life. I’m a registered nurse working at a well known cancer center, ten hour shifts on my feet a good portion of the time, being supportive and treating patient’s post operative pain. There are days when just my commute into the city going up & down stairs, and from bus to subway train to bus again, has me hurting. I’ve had surgery in the past with physical therapy, but I’m still struggling with pain, and I long for the days when I could work out well and be in better shape. I want to be able to continue in my profession, giving quality direct patient care, so if I’m a winner I’d be very appreciative. Thank you.

I’ve had three scopes to my knees so I experience discomfort and pain from time to time. I can’t be on my feet for long periods of time without feeling pain and discomfort. I’m sometimes limited in the scope of my activities as I have to rest or take pain medication for relief. I hope that this program will allow me to continue an active lifestyle without the need for as much rest in the middle of what I’m doing. I don’t like taking a lot of medicine and take it only when I have to. I’m hoping that this program will allow me to reduce the need for pain medication and allow me more extended periods of activity without discomfort.

During my first game in highschool football at the age of 13, I was taken down by a block from behind. Ligaments, etc were torn in the right knee and I spent two days in the hospital. Back then no one knew how to treat the injury, except just rest it. I spent the next two months on crutches and braces thereafter. The next year went out again for football and injuried it again during the first month of practice, so never played football again. Since that time I have played numerous sports during high school and some college with a brace. Stopped playing competitive sports (soccer) in 1985 when I was 50 and went to the gym and got serious with lifting weights. But, always had to the mindful/careful about the knee. Had to give up on lifting heavy weights, so now I just do nothing but 5-10-15 pound dumbbells along with flexibility movements, stretches and strengthing exercises. I spend quite a bit of time on strengthing the knee. Spuats are performed on a weighted stability ball, so I can control the movement and not twist the knee. My problem is always having to be alert when moving from side-to-side and especailly getting out of a car. I slightly injured the knee twice in the last six months from either pushing an exercise to far or getting out of the car to quick.

I started the Fix My Shoulder Pain program several months ago and having good results, so I need to move on to my real problem area, the knee!!

    Rick,

As a result of a lengthy career as a professional skier and athlete I am now dealing with muscle imbalance and a lack of strength which is resulting more significant wear and tear in my knees. I think that your program will get me back on track to correcting these issues so that I can avoid more extensive surgery and continue to enjoy the active lifestyle that I have known all my adult life. I have eliminated the inflammation through nutrition and supplementation and have no significant pain, just instability. I just have a strength imbalance that is causing weakness in the muscles that provide the stability I need to avoid further damage. Your program looks like it could be the answer to helping me avoid further injury and another reconstruction. After 13 operations over the last 36 years I’d like to avoid #14, (replacement) and I think your program will help to do that. I’m excited about getting back on a plan that provides the stability I desire to continue to enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle.

    Gratefully,

    Ken Emrick

I am in my mid 60’s. I wt train 4 days/wk & core/stretch every day. I am very healthy & in good physical shape but a BMI of probable +/-14. All my life I have engaged in activities that has resulted in pretty extreme wear on my skeletal structure in general & my joints in particular. This included bull riding, breaking wild horses, ranching, skydiving, base jumping, extreme skiing, mountain climbing (artificial aid and free), wild caving, karate, judo, collegiate wrestling,& back country hiking for weeks living off the land. I instruct in karate, mountain climbing, caving & scuba diving. I have had countless broken bones, sprains, & dislocations, including compression in 2 vertebrae. At the age of 46 one of my shoulders was so bad I underwent a 5 our surgery to, basically, rebuild it. At 52 I had my right hip resurfaced, only after the pain was so bad that I could no longer sleep. But my knees are worn out! I have literally no cartilage in 1 knee and very little in the other. 4 years ago two docs said they wanted to schedule me for knee replacement. I refused and will avoid it until the pain is intolerable. No meds,I have a very high pain tolerance but the pain is constant. Winning this program gives me another great tool to help me live out my life w/o feeding my knee bones to a junkyard dog. I live on SS so it would help financially also. Thank You

The reason that I need a copy of “Fix my knee pain” comes from my bodybuilder needs. Over the last 2-3 years I have concentrated upon building muscular legs. When I was a child, in the school years, I had practiced seven years of martial arts, Shotokan style. From the age of fourteen, I had embraced the bodybuilding art and modus vivendi. Putting these things together, the martial arts hadn’t helped me at all to build muscular legs, and I personally hate football. The problem is that sometimes I am having pains in my right knee and I am very interested in preventing and treating some potential affections of this body part. The gym in which I train is a very simple one, with very few machines, and I want to take full advantage of the legs training especially, and to enjoy and to perfect my squatting technique.

About 4 years ago I slipped on ice in front of my garage. I had heard a loud pop and was not able to walk. I went to the ER with left knee pain. I had xrays and MRIs and it showed no damage. I was sent home given a huge splint. After a month I was in therapy and that did not help. I was told to live with it and given a script for pain and that was how I was suppose to live at 37. In the last 7 months it has gotten worse. My tibia and or fibula will rotate and lock the joint in incredible pain. I have a yoga pose that will pop it back. Back to my Dr and more tests. Found nothing wrong. My left knee is very unstable and unreliable. IM tired of not being able to do stuff with my family. This has effected my mind as well and my body. Trying to not let the pain blind me is not working and only getting worse. Ill try just about anything.

Fortunately, I still have my knees. I’ve been able to do without surgical intervention so far, but have concerns for the future. I really have to place my mind in my knees whenever I exercise. Foot placement and angle is key, but even on the good days the result makes me nervous. I want to keep my knees for as long as I have this life.

I used to run, dance, and jump. But to survive these days, everything has to be well considered. Sometimes a small dance step will creep in, but I can’t give myself to the music. Now, I simply want to continue to walk and take the stairs up AND down. And maybe let my body express a little joy from time to time.

I believe that your “Fix My Knee Pain” program will greatly improve the quality of my life. I have been an athlete all my life. While playing for a Coast Guard soccer team, at age 25, I seriously injured my MCL. It was improperly diagnosed and thus improperly treated. While I have continued to be an athlete, having completed 5 marathons, llift 3 -4 time a week; I have lived in pain for the past 26 years. I retired from the CG 9 years ago and continue to serve our country, including 3+ years in Iraq. I have forgotten what life is without knee pain, I would very much like to experience it again. Thanks.

I love weightlifting. 6 years ago, I noticed that my feet were not going out straight ahead anymore — they were at more than 45 degrees out. When I bought orthodontics that corrected my feet, the pain in my knees and shins became almost unbearable. But after about a year, the feet straightened out. I changed my weightlifting program about 3-4 years ago so that I was no longer doing higher repetition work, and began competing in powerlifting. At 56 years old, I know I will eventually start having some knee and other joint problems. I would like to be able to prevent those problems from incapacitating me, My present best competition lifts are 385 sqt, 242 bench, 446 dead. The strength is there to add much more in squat and dead — but I need form work and confidence in my joints.

I am 42 years old. I have been out of shape for most of that time. In the last two years, i have discovered Convict Conditioning and Wing Chun kung fu. I am enjoying life now more than I ever have, and I am planning on running a marathon with my wife, an avid runner, next year. My problem is my knees: they are starting to hurt so much that I fear that I will end this new road far too soon! I have enjoyed great success with Fix my Shoulder Pain, so I am confident that I will put this to good use. Finally, i can help my friends in the martial arts and running communities with this information. I could help a lot of people with Fix my Knee Pain.

Years ago when I first started training seriously in a gym, my knees were in great shape. No worries with knees, shoulders or elbows. I was able to make phenomenal gains in lean muscle, which added 25lbs of extra weight to my already slight frame. After 15 years of Squats, Leg Presses, Leg Extensions and Curls (leg day was my favorite workout); my knees started getting a little sore after workouts. Ultimately, my passion for exercise and helping others with muscle gains lead me to getting certified, and starting my own Personal Training business a year and a half ago. I am now a 55yr old Personal Trainer that takes Glucosamin everyday to eliminate the occasional soreness in my knees. And being a Trainer of mostly older adults, my clients ALL seem to have some degree of soreness, past surgeries or stiffness in the knees that need to be addressed in their workout programs. Winning a copy of the Fix My Knee Pain System would allow me to not only keep my knees working pain free, but also allow me to pass that on to my One-on-One clients and Baby Boomer Boot Camp campers.

Eliminating the slight knee pain that has begun to surface will allow me to continue what I love to do, namely playing tennis, weight training and running. I don’t want to get old before my time. 🙂

Unfortunately it’s all too common for clients to come to us with existing pain/discomfort. Whether it’s from trauma, lifestyle, or poor exercise programming – our population is burning through their joints faster than ever. This program would nicely augment Dean Somersets Post Rehab Essentials and Gray Cook’s FMS system.

I have been a power bodybuilder for over 34 years. As such, my knees are almost always in pain during and after leg day. I have a torn MCL in my left knee (proven in an MRI), and torn miniscus in both my knees (so bad in my left knee that I can see it poking out.) I know that I need surgery, but I currently do not have the time nor money to get it done. I had standard rehab therapy years ago, but it only partially helped and it was only temporary. I hope to one day be able to dead lift again. I have given up on ever squatting or lunging again.

I have suffered from knee pain for years. X-rays and MRI’s show nothing. I am only able to perform 2 exercises on land and pool exercises. I would use this to get my life back and pass it on to others once I am finished. Thank you for your consideration.

I turned 50 last year, and after rupturing a tendon in my 2nd toe, I had to have major surgery on my left foot (2nd/3rd metatarsal osteotomy, plantar plate repair, gastroc recession) all due to congential defect — walked on my toes as a kid. Surgery was 10/24/12, and recovery is going well, but slowly.

About 1 year ago, orthopedic surgeon told me my right knee has a natural ‘mis-grooving’ meaning when the knee is resting and not bent, my kneecap moves out of joint and out of the normal kneecap grove (I have very loose kneecaps – again genetics!!!). Right knee has ongoing pain, and is expected to get worse as I age (yuck!!!). Physical Therapist says more leg exercises so I’m looking for all efforts/education/training to keep me from having to have any further surgery. Already had surgery 30 years ago on other knee to kneecap from popping out of joint. So knees are a major concern, especially as I age. I want to remain active – running, gym, walking, cycling, kayaking. My current cardio options are limited, based on my knee pain.

I’m always looking for the best approach to remain healthy — and this program looks very promising.
I’m eager to see more information about the program— and winning the book would be a great gift for my health!

I am 34 years old. I got tendonitis in my knees at 12 years old and they have not been right since. I played basketball my entire life, but stopped about 2 years ago. the pain in my knees is just too great these says. I also stopped performing squats with any weight. Squats were my favorite exorcise, but bending and jumping are out of the question these days. I would love to win a copy of Fix My Knee Pain, because at this point I am desperate to find something that will help me function. I know that I will never be a kid again, but to get back on the court would truly fill this void I have.

I am interested in helping people, and everything I can learn to help them live a pain free life is very useful to me. I myself have been dealing with knee pain on and off for the past few years, so if I could learn through this program how to solve knee pain through exercise, it would not only help me to exercise better, it would help me to understand how to serve my clients. The more I can understand biomechanics and the mechanisms of injury, the better professional I can be.

    I am 55 years young.
I changed careers a few years back to become a personal trainer. My clients range from 45 to 81. I love being with this age group. They love me because I am in their age group and I understand what it feels like to age. Most of my clients have knee injuries and or knee replacements. I try to read everything I can on subjects related to their needs and the info out there is not helpful enough for me to really keep them pain free.
I am so excited to see “Fix my Knee Pain”. I trust you and your information and would love to put it into prcactice.

I have made a living as a personal trainer for over 15 years. I recently quit my job as training director at one of the big box gyms as I have grown tired of the high pressure sales tactics and lack of quality of training at these facilities. I am currently involved in an unpaid internship and struggling as a freelancer going to peoples homes. Any knowledge gained will be put towards assisting me in gaining clientele and being better able to serve their needs.

A free copy of this program would benefit my wife as she has had to undergo knee surgery to remove a piece of torn cartridge and she has constant pain. To win this for her may help her cope with everyday activities. I do not want her to undergo a knee reconstruction later in life, already in late 50’s.

I have overcome my knee problem with exercise – had bad knee from my Military career of 25 years, but all good now due to slow and steady exercise to strengthen them.

Many thanks for allowing all of us to enter this competition.

A pain free knee, Wow could it be? I have been overweight pretty much all my life. At 54, I lost 95lbs and now down to 205lbs. It took about 2 yrs to get there but what played a big role was running. When I started I could barely walk on the treadmill last year I wound up doing 12 races including 5ks, 8k, and lots of obstacle races. (Love the mud runs) I would pay a cost for the races with some back and knee pain but I loved it to much to stop. I had arthroscopic surgery for a torn meniscus 20 yrs ago and my knee does not fully extend which I think contributes to the pain. At this point its not stopping me I sign up for 3 races this year so far including a tough mudder. …Fix my knee Pain would make running with a pain free knee a blessing.

Fix my knee pain? You’re on! Both my husband and I are very active: outdoor sports, team sports, extreme sports, you name it. Unfortunately, our passions have had a price, with both of us experiencing at least one ACL / meniscus / etc. tear, reconstruction and rehab. While both of us are several years post-surgery, we both experience regular set-backs where knee pain significantly restricts our activities. For me personally there is the added strain of multiple pregnancies and the associated retraining, which have left me knocking on the doors of physios, osteopaths and massage therapists looking for relief from muscle imbalances and patellar-tendon pain. If your product can empower us to take control of our knee health we’ll happily follow it to the letter!

I cannot tell from what I have seen whether the system will or will not improve my knees. But if it works, I would like to be able to enjoy athletics once again. I miss running and not playing tennis. I have done neither for about the last five years due to kneee pain that doctors have said is due to osteoarthritis and just plain the knee joints wearing out from overuse.

After years as a catcher through college and after I have blamed my constant knee pain on the repetitive activity of squatting behind homeplate. Now 42, I had not been fully able to workout for many years but have recently gone back to some workouts but not without issues in both knees. The main issue is a dull ache and a very obvious fluid buildup just below the patella. I would love to check out a copy of the program to learn more about the reasons for my issues. I would love to learn how to better prepare my knees for exercise and get back into great shape.

I am a 50 year old sports and weight enthusiest. I had surgury on my left knee several years ago for a tear in my anterior cruciate. I never accomplished proper rehab which through years of hard physical labor, multiple sports activities and continuos favoring of my knee eventually led to low back issues. I have had lose bodies removed twice since. I have continued to lift over the years but avoided much resembling a leg workout because of knee pain and low back pain. Over the last year I have began a strength training regime with my 23 year old son. He is a very strong and active ex-college soccer player working on adding muscle to his frame. I am not ready to give in to age, pain and weakness in my knee so I push on to push him. I would look forward to utilizing your “Fix My Knee Pain” program to allow me to continue in my activities with my son. I appreciate this opportunity and look forward to hearing from you. Thank-you.

I realize the previous statement can be misunderstood so I want to assure you that we do it safely with proper form, leaving gas in the tank before stopping!! Anyway, my most rewarding type of clients are post rehab individuals that haven’t been able to get back to 100% after the insurance for PTs runs out! These are the individuals I will be helping with your system! I’ve help countless reshape the shoulder with your methods and would like to do the same for the ones needing better knee structure/support! I am 42 year old male. I used to ride dirt bikes and have knee and ankle issues from the years of riding. I used to have a job in construction management and due to the economy since 2009 I was layed off. I had to go back to “working” to provide for my family. I do alot of walking, going up and down ladders and building strairs and such, so I am always dependent on being able to walk.I have just recently got a new job that requires me to actually do the manual labor for an employer. I am currently having to wear a brace on my knees just to be able to perform my duties on the job, uncomfortably. I would like to receive this info cause I need to heal my knees so I won’t need to take days off work when I strain my knees. It will help better provide for my family once again (and get back to a good workout program to better my health).

There are some deserving people here from the few comments I’ve read! I’m a 41 year old and I have been active my whole life. I enjoy many activities. My knees hurt when negotiating down hill slopes when hiking in the mountains, an activity I absolutely love and will not give up. I also lift weights as in power lifting and strong man type training, and I play touch footy (which is rugby without the tackling) and I can still out sprint guys ten to fifteen years younger than me. Fix My Knee Pain will allow me to continue my active life for many more years. Also, I am studying to be a PT in Australia and it would be great source material in this specific important area, and would help me to be a better trainer. (obviously injury and muscle imbalances and rehab is covered in the course)

I fell and damaged my left kneecap about 6 years ago. Shortly after the injury they did surgery to remove the broken pieces of cartilage and perform a lateral release to stop my kneecap from popping out of place. Since the injury I’ve gained 30 pounds and have lost a lot of overall strength. My health and quality of life have definitely declined.

My doctor told me several years ago that I have patella femoral pain syndrome. I’ve tried several rounds of physical therapy and many exercise programs but I can’t get past the constant ache, occasional sharp pain and swelling that occurs. I really need to find a program that works!

I used to be a healthy and very active person. I’m too young (53) to just give up but I’m currently very limited in what I can do. I would really like to get back to participating in activities with family, friends and at work without resorting to a lot of really bad for you pain medicine.

I’ve been reading your email newsletters for a while now and really like how thoroughly you research solutions until you find something that works for the right reasons.

Hey guys I would love to get this for my mom (57). She got injured at work, fell from a 5 foot loading dock and hit the side retaining wall on the way down and pretty much jacked her neck, wrist, back, hip, knees, and ankles. (Worker’s comp refuses to pay)
Just getting one of these cleared up would be of tremendous help. She lives in a 2 story house and going up and down stairs everyday is such a chore, right now she can only go one leg at a time.
She’s not a kid anymore so things don’t really get better over time with a little rest. Thanks for your consideration and thanks for offering this product.

Well, let’s see. I’m 33 years old. Bad knees run in my family. My grandfather had a double knee replacement and my father is not far behind. I do have regular knee pain that usually subsides after I do heavy, full depth squats. I guess heavy is relative to the individual…(110kg right now 5×5). This is since recovering from a torn ACL. I’m sure that the information in the program is true and effective. I can apply it to my life and maybe even my father’s to help prevent and correct knee pain. Also, as a personal trainer, I can use this with a variety of clients to also prevent injury or other “wear and tear” pains on the knee joints. Thanks for considering my entry.

At this point in my life winning the Fix My Knee Pain would be a blessing. I read several of the stories and have to say mine is the same as many of them. I have suffered with nagging knee pain for most of my life, was told that I’ll just have to “play with the pain” because my knee injuries were not severe enough to do anything about it at the time by a doctor. Now at the age of 35 I find myself in the position of being overweight and needing to loss close to 100lbs for career advancement. I need to use strength training to get stronger as well but my knee pain makes it hard to stay on my feet for my whole shift or even walk up the stairs many days. Squats and deadlift are big parts of my workout routine but I suffer knee pain during and after my workouts making walking difficult for a few days after. Knowledge in how to eliminate my knee pain would help not only my fitness and health, but my career as well because I need to pass fitness tests to attain higher paying jobs that would allow my to better support my family.

I was in gymnastics for 10 years and have struggled with knee pain ever since. They never tell you before you join all the problems you may have later. Now my knees hurt every day. I went to a specialist and they told me i have Chondromalacia, and the next step was surgery bu they couldnt guarantee surgery would fix the problem. also, if i did have Chondromalacia it should have went away about 16 years ago. If i had access to this, i would be able to use the correct excersices to strengthen the right muscles without over doing it in order to have a better life for me and my family.

Rick’s stuff rocks! I recently starting using his meniscus tear protocol. Since I’m not the youngest kid on the block anymore, and more prone to joint discomfort, I’d really like to dive into the Fix My Knee Pain program for both my knees, and then use it regularly as a preventative measure.
Besides my life as a LMT and CPT, I teach self defense classes and seminars. I have a special place in my heart for victims of violence, including domestic violence victims. I can empathize with them, and this is my way of giving back, so-to-speak, the help and kindness that was shown me during those trying times.
Keeping my knees as healthy and pain-free as possible for as long as possible will help me keep on teaching. I can’t teach if I’m hurting, and the thought of not being able to reach out to these folks.. well I just don’t want to have to deal with that for a long long time.

I am an old gal (66) who has worked out hard since I was 20. Recently all the chickens (and a few buzzards) have come home to roost and I have developed a knee that doesn’t want to go up or down stairs. This is a really bad event for us baby boomers who fight aging with good nutrition and exercise! I can see myself slowing down like the Tin Man in Wizard of Oz waiting for someone to come along and squirt some oil into my rusty joints. I KNOW my IT bands are tight but don’t quite know what to do for them. It really does suck to be suddenly sidelined at the door of an old age that I was gonna run through, not crawl through! So can you help an old lady get up and down the stairs again? I sure hope so. I have a picture of myself deteriorating all at once if I have to stop working out after 46 years of Gym Joy!
    Thanks! Jean Sampson (desperate)

As a personal trainer and college strength and conditioning coach, my number one priority is to keep my clients and athletes moving well and injury/pain free. Pain limits all of the other training outcomes you could hope to achieve with clients, and correcting their imbalances and dysfunctions must be a top objective. What I have found to be great about Rick’s programs is that they are very easy to follow, not just for me but for my clients as well. The systematic approach of first addressing structure and neuromuscular programming before implementing stretches or exercises has proven to be an effective way to treat injuries and their resulting pain. I am always looking for additional resources to better serve my clients and athletes, and being able to help rid them of knee pain (one of if not the most common ailment we see) would be a great tool in the toolbox. Thanks for this opportunity to expand our knowledge on the treatment of pain!

As someone who personally owns almost everything Rick and Mike have produced I can tell you you are definitely going to get your money’s worth. As a fitness professional and someone who exercises regularly I can certainly relate both personally and professionally to knee pain and injuries.

There’s a lot of old school mentality and bad information out there regarding knee injuries and I look forward to the most relevant and useful information I can get to help myself and my clients gain relief from discomfort and get back to the gym and to a normal pain free life. The most important thing is to read and watch the material and follow the advice clearly so as to get the best results. So far, it has never failed me using Rick and Mikes systems.

If I were to win a copy of Mike and Rick’s new program, I’d study and apply the system for myself and then share that knowledge with my clients in need.

    Thanks Rick and Mike!

I would like a free copy of “Fix my knee pain” because I’m pretty much open to anything besides knee replacement and surgery to alleviate pain. I had ACL repair in 98 and I had meniscus repair about 3 years ago. I’ve had to give up running because of the swelling and pain afterwards. I’m still a competitive wrestler so I’ve just had to deal with the pain as a part of the sport. I wish there was no pain and that I could run pain free again. After practice I usually have to ice extensively due to pain. If this program could restore strength and alleviate the pain in my knee I would be forever in you’re debt.

This is actually for my husband more than me. I have been a fitness trainer for over 20 years and in that time have experienced my own knee issues and worked with clients who are out of physio and managing, and others who are strengtining for thier sport/lifestyle. My husband has worked with a power saw for over 25 years building log homes and as a faller. He has always had problems with his knees swelling and I know a lot is over use and imbalance. So to make this long story shorter, he is falling where machinery can’t now, as so many hand fallers in Western Canada, and it is the hardest, steepest most rugged ground to treck, carrying all his equipment day after day. He does train with me on his time off, but I know that if information to help his situation came from someone other than me, and in a well laid out fromat as you have, I believe he would benefit far more than me trying to teach him. I also know that I would find new information to help my clients, my family and myself, so many would benefit here!

I’m a 53 years old fitness instructor who has been teaching classes for over 25 years on many different floors – some not the kindest for joints. Unfortunately, my knees have paid the price. I’m always interested in learning new ways to help myself and my participants (who are all over 60 years old) to keep moving and enjoying a good quality, pain-free life-style. Since I’ve been following your website, I’ve already learned so much and I look forward to learning more. Whether I win this or not, I want to thank you for so generously sharing your expertise!

If I win the Fix my Knee Pain program, I would give it away. I currently do not have problems with knee pain, but I know people who do. Both my Mom and one of my best friends suffer from frequent knee pain, and I think this program would help either of them.

I would love to have your Fix My Knee program. I had knee surgery at 12 yrs old. No physical therapy was requested and I’ve had problems ever since even though I’ve tried to rehab my knee on my own. I can’t do lunges and have to be very careful with squats. I do okay on the leg press. . Even if I don’t win this program, any of your advice and input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Penny

I am 52 years old and have been active all of my life (Horse Riding, Skiing, Tennis, Gym Rat). I am a private large and small animal veterinarian with a teaching position as an adjunct professor at the U of A. In addition, I work at Ft Huachuca Veterinary Treatment Facility taking care of the military privately owned animals and Military Working dogs. Ft Huachuca is also the home of a cavalry unit, B troop. Recently, only about 2 months ago, I have begun to feel pain in my knees. It is almost impossible for me to go into a deep squat, and I find myself nw getting slowly down on all fours to examine horses legs, or dog paws. I must rise by crawling over to a counter and pulling my self up. This is BRAND NEW! I have never had knee pain before-not even an injury. It is bilaterally equal, and with the economic situation currently under military sequestration, I do not have the extra funds that I used to when I purchased ‘Fix My Shoulder Pain’. Please help.

Having had an ACL replacement, the Fix My Knee Pain would help to figure out what causes pain in my knee. My dr. says my knee is anatomically perfect now, yet I still have bouts of pain on the outside of my knee that my dr. says I am imagining it. Knowing what can cause knee pain and what to do would help tremendously!!

I’m a sixty-two year old pastoral therapist. It’s been forty years since high school and college competitive swimming and, along with a sedentary occupation, I added many pounds since that time. Further, I injured my right knee while sailing almost twenty years ago and my mobility, balance, and strength have been deteriorating since then. At random and unexpected times my knee “gives out” and I have to keep myself from falling. Often such events are accompanied by pain. The most severe restrictions involve descending steps. My physicians have insisted there is no damage requiring surgery but have referred me to physical therapists for “strengthening” and “stabilization.” The few exercises they’ve offered have added some flexibility but little increased strength and no reduction in pain. They give every indication that they see me as “an old guy” who should settle for whatever level of health is available to me. What I desire is the ability to live my life to the fullest. This includes long walks on the beach with my wife, chasing my Newfoundlands around in the woods, and playing with my grandchildren. I look forward to going downstairs to join them in their game room, cross-country skiing with them in winter, and water skiing with them in summer. I’ve got the motivation and dedication to do so; I need the “Fix My Knee Pain” for the skills.

I’m a high school strength coach, and knee pain and knee issues are probably the most common issue I deal with on a daily basis (possibly right up there with shoulder pain issues!) One boy, a sophomore standout in football and basketball just discovered from his doctor that his knee pain is caused by a medial plica, and that’s a first for me!
It looks like this program would be a valuable asset for me to be able to help catch these kids early enough so that we can teach them correct techniques and mechanics before any long-lasting problems have a chance to develop.

Also, my son plays college football as a kicker and his goal is to make it to the combine and the draft in 2 years. I’ve trained him since seventh grade and he’s very strong, and I want to make sure his knees stay strong and healthy as well.

For myself, I’m 49 and I train myself 4-5 days a week; I’m the kind of coach who walks it, and I make sure I can jump in with the boys at any time and show ’em who’s boss. I’ve had some brief bouts of knee pain in the past and it’s tough being sidelined no matter how short it is. It would be great to be able to stay ahead of the game and keep my knees strong and healthy as long as possible (I need to stay ahead of the boys, or at least be able to keep up!)

    Thanks for your consideration!

Winning a copy of this great product would be extremely beneficial for myself seeing as I 1) train many people who have come to me with knee pain and in addition I have bad patella femoral syndrome, an acl, mcl tear and am now going through the process of getting surgery for a bucket handle tear.

Learning how to rehab my knees and become pain free would be of great value for me!

    Thanks for considering me!

Winning a copy would be very helpful for me. My family has a history of knee pain(in fact, my dad is healing from it now) and sometimes I catch myself tweaking my knee a little and it starts to irritate me a bit. I really want to catch this while I’m still young (I’m 23) so I won’t be dealing with bad knees when I’m older.
Pick me! I’d really appreciate it!

hopefully winning a copy of FIX MY KNEE PAIN would help me a lot, i hope. i have been a weight lifter for over twenty years and hopefully many more. i dont know if it is from all those heavy squats i used to do or what. i am now retired from one job,but my job with the sheriff dept. demands a lot of walking and some chasing after some who want to run away from me, who dont want to go to jail. its my right knee and i take a motrin for pain when i leave for work and sometimes it helps and sometimes it doesn`t. i am not ready to quit lifting or working, but with this knee pain, i sometimes wonder. i really could use your books, thanks.

I am 48 year old who has been powerlifting for a long time and all the heavy lifting over the years have made lifting heavy a challenge. The knees are paying for the abuse after almost thirty year of military service also. So, winning a copy of fix my knee pain will help me ease and hopefully get rid of my knee pain. And by ridding my knees of the pain, I can continue to lift heavy and hopefully become pain free.

I am 27. I am a fitness fanatic. I love exercise and sports. Over the last 5 years I have gone from playing football, basketball and competing in long distance running to doing the odd 20 minute light jog every couple of weeks. My knee pain has progressively got worse over the last few years I have had to drop all the physical activities I really love. I workout regularly but it is just not the same as being able to compete in team sports and the sad truth is I have not been able to sprint now pain free in over a year. I have spent thousands of Euro over the years trying to solve this problem on different physios and have only had short term improvement. It has got to the stage where I have given up the idea of being able to run pain free or being able to take a long walk without having to spend an hour on the foam roller trying to reduce the pain. Is this program really the answer? I don’t know. I have had so many false dawns on this issue it is hard for me to be overly optimistic. But you know what? I am Irish and its St. Patrick’s today so who knows, this program may just be just the thing that will turn my luck around.

My issue isn’t that I can’t play a sport, my issue is with my job. I am a firefighter, and I still have 6 more years until I can retire. At 47 years old it is getting harder to handle my knee pain. I’m afraid if I keep limping all the time I will be taken “off line” and my career could be in jeapordy. Usually I’m fine but when I move “the wrong way” it can take forever for the inflammation to settle down. This last time I was unrolling a 5-inch fire hose – walking backwards while bending over put “hyper-extensive” pressure on my knee, and now I’ve been limping around for almost three weeks now with no relief in sight. I need a way to help rehab my knees when this sort of thing happens, that really works, in order to provide for the security of my family. My family is young, with all of my kids still living at home, and I really need to protect my career until I can retire.

I’m a 52 years old male that suffers from severe right knee osteoarthritis. I suffered an injury playing high school baseball when I was 16 yo. Since that time I have had three surgeries and numerous injections of anti-inflammatory steroids and HA. I have had physical therapy in (what I call) “various eras” of that health science. I have limited motion and frequent tenderness/ pain. I have also tried a variety of stretching and exercise program that never fully lived up to the promised results.
I play competitive softball but the last two years I have become one of the youngest players to require a pinch-runner– a real ego-blaster. I exercise regularly but I have limited cardio activity because of my knee.
I have a son that is very athletic. We have always been able to bond over a 1-on-1 game/training whether on a court or a field. I feel too young to get a replacement knowing that it would limit my activites anyway, I hope to delay the inevitable as long as possible. Hopefully, your intriguing program may provide helpful improvement.

Knee pain is what brought me to first seek information from Rick. I bought the Knee Injury Solution, but it was too intense for me at the time, so Rick suggested Hip Core Stability. I worked with that for awhile, and then was able to use the material from Knee Injury Solution, incorporating it into my Dance practice, my chosen sport. It really helped. Along with my Somatic Education practice and Pilates training, I have continued to get stronger.

Recently I purchased his Ankle Sprain Solved which really got me moving well again after an ankle sprain. Then I tried Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome. I have been diligently working on this program and doing well, until I taught a dance class last week. Oh no…my knees were hurting afterwards. What more can I do? Perhaps I need to investigate my alignment more closely. Perhaps I need to do more squats, planks, foam rolling.

Perhaps I need Fix My Knee Pain, yes that is it! I need to win a copy, learn more and get back to pain free workouts! Then I can pass the information onto my students and clients.
I am 59, love to dance, and want to keep dancing for a long time. But these days it is my knees that are talking too loud, keeping me from what I love to do… dance…. and gardening season is coming up and sailing and…I really need to get going, hope I win! Thanks to Mike and Rick.

After 8 years in the military and jumping off tracked vehicles , today at 40 my knees almost have me doing map of the earth , which means on my bad days i could drag myself on the ground . There are days where you would think i was paralized with the amount of pain i can go thru at times ,besides 800mg of ibuprofen there realy is no other help for me and letting the doctors slice and dice aint gonna happen .i di realize also that my weight also plays a role but i know myself and this goes beyond the factor of gravity just by its self. I will try anything , short of going under the blade cause you are never the same afterward. That pretty much sums it up for me. Thanks

I am a 79 year old married man using many of your great bits of advice in my work-outs.
I work-out 3, sometimes 4 times per week, 30-45 minutes per session. I have lost about
20 percent muscle mass and perhaps about 15 percent sustained strength. My work-outs
plus a rigid veggie diet, which generally excludes sodas and HFCS sugar has enabled me
to be free from arthritis. Unfortunately I sometimes suffer from weak knee joints and a sore
back an hour or so after my work-outs or carpenter or yard work. Last fall I spent almost
3 months in a cast for foot surgery which resulted in in loss of calf muscle, which I believe
    contributed to weak knees.
BUT I have an additional reason. My wife Maria suffers from arthritis in both knees, especial
the right. Your advice would not only benefit myself, but also for her. After all I am 3 weeks
older than she is, so I must include her in my plans.

I am a very active person. If my knee is in pain, I think my world is crumbling down. As I am working at quarry, I need to go to Primary, Secondary & tertiary to see the production. I am a Personal Trainer and I have a lot of clients I deal with on a weekly basis. Just recently I bought your “Fix My Shoulder Pain” program which was so in-depth I was stunned and immediately saw that its application would help many of my clients suffering from shoulder ailments. So far I have been receiving rave reviews and I hope this program for the knees is of the same superb quality as it has made a tremendous difference in how I approach these types of injuries. Nothing spells success quite like results and one of my favorite ways to get them is to look to the best in the business for help. Thanks for putting these programs together. They are a breath of fresh air in a saturated market of gimmicks.

I am a fairly newly BCRPA certified (about 7 months) personal trainer. I took a course with Rick at Douglas College in November, Knee Rehabilitation Exercises. It was very informative and interesting. I have always in interested in good health through exercises and decided one day to combine my love of fitness to helping people to change their lifestyle of living of from sedentary to one of daily physical activity. Having knowledge is so necessary to be the best trainer I can be so I may train my clients in a way that will not harm but help them. This book of “Fix My Knee Pain” will add to my library of reference materials I can use for years to come.

In addition to the above mentioned reason. I’m also interested in keeping my knees as healthy as possible to be able to continue to do this job I love to do. I am 52 years old and have finally come in to the career that is ideally suited to me…a chance to fulfill my dream of being able to help people one step at a time and one person at a time.

This program called Fix My Knee Pain will when I win be called Fix my Life!!! Because that is what I believe this program will do for me. I am a 42 young woman who is getting back to the swing of things in all areas of her life after some major standstills..I long for to get back at my beloved fitness branche so that I not only can help myself but other people as well to get their bodies moving in the most optimum way ever! The first one to help on my list is my mother. 65 to be and because of predomantly her weight is having issues with her knees. And I figure it is not too late yet to help her fix her knee problems without surgery!!!
I would like to have all the good knowledge I can have about exercises that can enhance the human movement(physically and otherwise 😉 ). So that I also can jump around with all my sport loving nephews and teach them a thing or two along the way..;)

Back in 2008 I was a volunteer Ocean Lifeguard one day I went to an emergency, when I was entering to the water I felt in to a hole while I was running trough, my knee bend backwards, not entirely, doesn’t snap or something like that, but men hurts a lot, anyway. When I run or do resistance training, sometimes at the start from the block my knee feel the injury alive.

For me to win a copy of ‘fix my knee pain’ would be awesome. I have bought a few products from Rick Kaselj already and know they work. At the moment however I am on work cover and have been since November. My knee isn’t getting better and am getting stressed because I can’t work my normal shifts earning money to pay for bills. I can’t even play with my 9 month old son or help my wife around the house. I’m 37 and don’t recover as well anymore. My Physio thinks it’s a torn meniscus. No one knows for sure.

I would love to win this to help my partner with his knee pain. He started football as a professional at the age of 16. Unfortunately during his apprenticeship, during a game, he was tackled and broke his knee. As a young apprentice, way back in the day, the physio only saw the apprentices if they had enough time! His injury went undiagnosed and as a young lad with a passion to be a professional, he carried on playing with this injury. He literally before every game and after, doped his body up with painkillers do he could get through a game. Eventually it caught up and ended his career prematurely. So 26+ years later, the dream shattered and the pain left in his knee to remind him of that missed opportunity. It would be so good if we could work together to try and help him alleviate this knee pain, especially now as he is undertaking his coaching badges so he can help youngsters follow and hopefully fulfill their dream.

Five years ago, I broke my leg pretty badly in a windsurfing accident. (Dislocated ankle and tibial plateau fracture.) Five months on crutches and two operations later, I started learning to live with the pain. Sports such as skiing, windsurfing and kitesurfing have always been a huge part of my life, but now the fun is tempered by the pain. At 38, I’m still nowhere near ready to give them up. I’ve spent plenty of time being tortured by the physio, without much success. I have also worked my way back up to one legged squats, so that the weak leg doesn’t have the chance to wimp out. Strengthening has helped a lot, but it hasn’t solved it.

I own a dance studio and so many of my students have knee problems I have developed many techniques to help them. I also enjoy cross training but gave up my ambition to run the Marathon for Leukemia Foundation due to my knee pain. My body is my life I wish to help any injury free or become pain free.. I suffered several knee injuries from basketball and never had surgery. Just sufered a slight MCL tear and damaged cartilage . This would be a great benefit to many. I am dancing again only three weeks later aalmost pain free without surgery….but still quite sore at end of the day. I tried running and was terribly sore the ne, day. I want to be in top shape for US Championships Sept. This year. Thank you Michael

It would be great to win a free copy of “Fix My Knee Pain”. I will be 55 years old this year and the injuries through my earlier years are added up. I bought the “Fix My Shoulder Pain” and have been following the exercises and I have been virtually pain free for almost 6 months now. I trust Rick Kaselj’s approach and will be looking forward to this new knee program. I very rarely do any type of leg exercises due to the pain in my knee the next day. I have been to doctors but they have not recommended surgery at this time. I can’t even ride my motorcycle for long periods of time due to the pain when keeping my knee at a 45 degree angle. I would really appreciate winning this program. Thanks. Greg.

am a sport doctor an I can tell you in the past I have worked with lots of patients with pain over the years. Some of the methods I used worked and some fail to work nevertheless some of Rick techniques I have tried and using some of his materials really give those patients and athletes the joy of getting back to the sport of their choice. So for some reason Rick you are God sent bringing the good news and informative information to the table in order that I help athletes around the world to recover.
So winning the “‘fix my pain” would be fun to work with and hoping everyone take this opportunity to get on board with this program even though you did not win you can buy the program and hope you enjoy working with it .

2 years ago I developed a pain in both of my knees which I still have today, the pain has been so bad I have had to have 2 lots of physiotherapy treatment which is helping but it is a very slow process, the pain effects my ability to do leg exercises such as squats and lunges etc. and jogging which in turn is slowing down weight loss goals to an almost stand still. I feel that the Fix My Knee Pain System would help me a great deal as I feel that the muscles around my knee are not strong enough hence causing a severe pain on a daily basis in my knees. A proper approach like the Fix My Knee Pain System can only help.

He is having the most difficulty he has ever had with many of the usual day-to-day activities causing a great deal of pain, leaving him depressed and hurting with no end in sight.

I am interested in qualifying for the comtest you offered for your knee pain relief. I feel this knowledge along with my present system of repair will add an incredible boost to my client’s recovery.

Have one knee replaced which didn’t take well as I still have pain from it and a lot of stiffness, surgeons are happy because of the ROM, I’m not. Other knee is bone on bone (OA) and needs to be replaced, I guess but I’m not ready as with the first knee I’m not pleased. Would love to try something besides another surgery. 65 years old and have been working out and lifting since I was 12 years old, former US Marine Recon so I know the ropes. was shot up bad in Vietnam and came back through good PT to set PR’s into my 50’s. Not ready to give up yet and go under another knife (right shoulder has also been replaced)

Winning a free copy of “Fix My Knee Pain” would be a big deal! I am starting to work with older clients and one of the biggest complaints I run into is that their knees hurt. Being able to help those with knee problems would be a plus. If the knees feel good then they are more apt to continue to workout.

Hi This program would change everything to do with life. Walking upstairs, running, doing squats etc etc. I suffer from knee pain all the time and I’ve had to change the way I train because of this. If your program can help people with this problem people could do so much more in there life then they do now.

A system that offers a natural solution to remedy muscular or functional imbalances seems to be a long term or lifelong answer to problems that are only temporarily resolved by rest or worse only mask by medication.

There are a couple reasons I feel I would benefit from this DVD. First, I have immature knees. I’ve don’t know if they will fully mature (most likely they will) but it causes my knees to be weak and get pain often. Second, I’m just beginning my journey of bodybuilding. I don’t want to injure myself early and live with it for the rest of my life. I love squats. I don’t currently have permanent knee pain/damage but this video will keep it that way. Third, I want to be educated. Many people I know have knee pain. Now I can actually help them with there problem rather than giving them “advice” that most likely won’t work.

I’ve been skiing moguls and I can feel the effects on my knees. Just walking down stairs is painful. My kids are starting to outrun my (they’re still in elementary school).

I would love to be able to keep active and keep up with my kids. I’d love to be able to get out of the my car without the sharp pain in the sides of my knee.

This is why I think your program can help me.

I am a NCAA division 2 basketball player and javelin/discus thrower. I’ve struggled with a variety of knee pain throughout my life, starting around age 15. I have been diagnosed with tendons is in both knees, and have severely strained my left patellar tendon twice. No treatment I have tried has been effective so far, and I’ve died just about any type of therapy you can think of.

My knee pain limits my performance in competition, and has a huge effect on my training, as I have had to find replacement exercises for squats as the pain prevents me from performing them consistently. I think this program would be a huge help to me on my path to have pain free knees for the last year of my college career

Well, where do I start. 8 years ago. One day i’m running on the beach hardcore. Actually, really surprising myself…..and then knee pain. For 8 years. 4 PT’s, one ” specialist”, my arse! Many products. I looked at this one, but my excitement has faded. been through it all before. been so frustrated I’d cry/laugh from sheer frustration, of it not working. Look I’ll buy this anyway, I have to. That’s how it is. But if you gave me a free one. I’d appreciate it. Just so f****ing over it.
    Cheers guys.

Last year I was forced out of sports due to an kneesurgerey. I was training Muay Thai and BJJ and it was the third time I had to stop preparing for competion. I was learning how to Snatch at a local Weigthlifting Club as it happened: I teared, folded and pinched my mensicus. I knew I head trouble with my knee since the year before I made the practical part of my craft certificate exam (? online dictionary told me it´s the right term) with a knee as big as a honeydew. Altough it was baddest pain I felt to this day it was just the tip of the iceberg. Lying on the table during the surgerey the surgeon told me that my ACL was gone long time before the mensicus accident. One month later I was back for another surgerey to fix my ACL. That was in October last year and still can´t even do a BW-Squat without a a very painfull sting in my knee and I don´t have recovered my full range of motion either. Meanwhile the only solution of my Doctor is trying to sell me injections worth 250€. That´s more money than I have for a treatment I read and heared nothing good about. I hope winning you´re product could give me the right advises to my knee back and maybe even enough time in sports to, at least compete one time. Sorry for the bad I´m from Germany and a bit rusty at you´re language since I left school.

Hey guys, a few years back I started to feel pain in my right knee (kind of like electricity being driven through it) especially when kneeling down. Saw a doctor who specializes in sport injuries, got an x-ray (showed nothing), got an MRI which showed a meniscus tear. I was told the only course of treatment was to inject a gel into the knee every 12-18 months for the rest of my life. I am 39 years old and that makes for a lot of injections. I have always believed that there could be another solution and now I think that this is it. I just thought I’d try my luck in winning a copy before having to buy one.

I recently tore the meniscus (again) in my right knee and both knees are loaded with arthritis and they hurt constantly. I need to rebuild my knees to avoid replacement surgery. I am convinced that the right training can solve my problem, I am just unsure of what to do.

Simply stated your info could save my knees and ultimately that saves me!
