I always do a slight pause. However i have seen at meets guys that bench a boatload touch and go. I would try both and see what gives you best results.
I definately say pause on your board press. Muscle has natural elasticity that actually makes some lifts feel easier than they do with a pause. What the pause does is take away from the help given by your natural elasticity, thus forcing you to use more mucle fiber and in turn helping you to increase your strength. A 2 second pause reduces the elasticity about %50 and by 4 seconds the elasticity is almost gone. Hope this helps!

If you are going to pause, make sure that you stay tight throughout. Your Traps, Triceps, Lats, Low Back, and Legs must all remain tight during the pause or you will lose a lot of explosiveness.
I only touch the board so that it is in contact and motionless for an instant and then I press.

I pretty much do the same, sometimes I will let the bar sink in the boards before I press. But for the most part, I ususally do it the way Clint does it.
TOuch it and go.. that doesnt mean bounce. Dont let it sink it too much either. Rick hussey yelled at me for doing that. He said, "do like you do out there, as soon as your touch, you press!". he was refering to out on the platform full range.
