LEGS (Isolation day)
-Single Leg Extensions 4x12
-Single Leg Squats 3x12
-Single Leg Press 4x12
-Single Leg Curl 3x15
-Single Leg Band Curl 3x15
-Stiff Leg Dead Lift 4x8 (heavy)
30 min straight weighted walking lunges for cardio (I do this once a week with my isolation leg day at the end of my workout, it burns like the dickins! )[/color]
