Autoresponder Sequence: THINK! And Lose Weight

Done For Your eMails: Passive Income Rules!

This is my secret weapon which is exactly why this is the very first promotional tool I'm going to tell you about.

I literally doubled my income when I started emailing my list more often. Previously I used to think that I had to give my list a break. Like a lot of newbies I used to think that if I emailed my list too often or made too many offers that they would unsubscribe or get burnt out.

After listening to a Tellman Knudson course I realized that you have to train your list from the get go what they should expect from you.

Email them often and make constant offers. When you start out this way, they are used to it and don't get upset. On the other hand if you spent month's just giving away free stuff, never asking for a purchase and only email your list once every other week it's not surprise they get upset if you get aggressive with them. They just aren't used to it from you.

Here's a metaphor you might like. When you get in a new relationship you have to set some boundaries at the beginning right? It's hard to change the rules after you get really serious. The relationship has already been established. It's much easier to set the tone right from the start.

2nd Biggest Affiliate Mistake

Below you'll find an email sequence promoting the THINK! And Lose Weight program that you can mail out to your list. The cash will be great the week you're promoting but what happens the week after that?

I don't know about you but I'm a huge fan of Passive Income. Do the work once and benefit over and over. Set and forget.

Follow Up sequences or autoresponder sequences are the best for this!

Here's how I load up my autoresponder and I suggest you do it the same way because it works big time.

Let us assume you have 5-emails to use. These four emails will be sent 4-days in a row. After the last email take a four day break and then start the next 4-day promo for the next Critical Bench Product you want to promote.

Day 3 email:

Sub: 7 Habits of Highly Effective Weight Loss

============

Have you ever looked at an overweight person, maybe even yourself,
and thought, "That person just needs discipline.  If only they'd expend
a little effort and self control they wouldn't be fat anymore."?

But why not?  We all know what it takes to lose weight-eat less and
move more.  Why do so many of us find it so hard?  Why do we start
with the greatest enthusiasm and the best of intentions only weeks later
to throw in the towel?

In a word, habit.

The things we do over and over again are our habits.  Some are good
and some are not.  It's their consistency that both makes them a habit
and gives them their power.

For most of us the reason we fail at losing weight is that the habits of
poor eating and not enough exercise are stronger and more established
than the new habit of good eating and exercise we are trying to establish.

And therein lies the first problem, we don't acknowledge that it's a habit
we are trying to change or recognize the difficulty in doing so.
Which is by no means a suggestion that we shouldn't try, just an
acknowledgement that the issue is more involved than we might first assume.

If we are to be successful in any endeavor we have to be able to assess
the entirety of our situation and develop a competent strategy for change.

Here is where THINK! and Lose Weight can help.

There are no new secrets to weight loss.  There is no magic wand, elixir or
pill that can change the process, make it faster or less arduous.  Burning more
calories than you consume on a consistent basis is the only way to lose weight.

It is to the snake-oil salesman's advantage that the issue is made more
complicated than it needs to be.

However, within the rubric of "eat less do more" a surer path to effective
weight loss can be found.  This is the path of effective strategies, of understanding
why you eat too much, of destructive habits and how to convert them into
constructive ones.

This is the path laid out in THINK! and Lose Weight:
the 7 Habits of Effective Weight Loss

Along the way you will learn the habit of success, a habit that can be
applied to any endeavor  and with great reward.

Each chapter focuses on one habit and how acquiring that habit is essential
to successful weight loss.  Beyond the habits are several appendices with real-
life strategies for organizing your exercise and diet and bringing them into
compliance with not only your weight loss needs but your lifestyle as well.
So, while the formula for weight loss is the same it's always been-eat less
and do more-THINK! and Lose Weight offers strategies designed to help
you effectively change your life, to make weight loss a consistent part of your
lifestyle and ensure your continued success.

SHAWN'S INSPIRATIONAL TRANSFORMATION STORY

It all started when I finally hit a point of frustration.  I was sick and tired
of being overweight.

I weighed 250 pounds and it took its toll on me.  I remember skiing one day.

After dressing and putting on all my gear, I must have weighed close to
300 pounds.

It was a horrible day for me because I couldn't keep up with my friends.
I was wiped after the first run and my feet and legs were sore.

I remember sitting on the tables outside, watching my friends go up and
down the mountain, thinking to myself how wrong it was that I should be
sitting down trying to catch my breath after walking 20 feet in ski boots.

That day, the seed of change was planted.

I accepted responsibility for having to change myself.

I knew that nobody else was going to do this for me.

I then began to think about what I wanted.

I wanted to be thinner but still wanted to keep the muscular size I had
developed over the years.

I just wanted to lose all of the fat I had accumulated around my midsection.

So I wrote a list of 10 things I wanted to change about myself and about
my body.  Some of them would take some work and some of them were
impossible.

I think I even wrote that I wanted to be taller.

However, I made my list and soon after making it, I put it away in a drawer.

I didn't go back to it for a week.

When I realized that I had made the list but hid it, I pulled it out and looked
over it again.

Everything on that list still mattered to me.  At that point I made the decision
to change.

I had the proverbial "Now or Never" realization.

So I went outside and began running.  I think I made it around the block
before I was too winded to continue.

But it felt good.  It felt like I had taken the first step in changing my body
and my life.

Over the next 8 weeks I became obsessed with uncovering everything I
could to help me get the body I wanted.

I read, read, and then read some more.

I read about weight training, I read about nutrition, I read about psychology
and behavior.  As I read I began putting what I read into action.

I began reducing my calories a little at a time.

I got rid of butter, high-cal dressings, mayonnaise, and sugar.

I started jogging twice a week and lifting weights on opposite days.

In the past I used to put my lifting ahead of my running and would only
run for five to ten minutes after my weight lifting workout.

I began to realize the importance of intense cardio in raising my metabolism.
I dedicated two days a week to it, 20 to 30 minutes each session.

I started to increase the amount of weight I was lifting. Before I would lift the
same amount each workout, but I learned it was more important to increase
the weight and decrease the number of reps.

Overall, my changes were pretty simple, in fact, I really didn't drastically
change anything.

But within 8 weeks of reading all of this information and using it, I
was a completely different person, physically and mentally.

I saw so many positive changes that it motivated me to keep going, to keep
pushing ahead.

I had gone from 250 pounds to just under 200 pounds, in 10 weeks.
People thought I was sick, but I felt absolutely great.

The change was drastic, yet I felt so good, so alive.

I now had the body I had always dreamed of. I had my six pack abs and
was under 10% body fat for the first time since grade school.

THINK! and Lose Weight <<<<<<< Shawn Shares His Blueprint for Success
============================================================

During the whole process, I critiqued how things were working.  If they weren't,
I stopped doing them and tried something else.

I uncovered those things that truly worked and did away with those things
that wasted my time.

I began to see that certain things I had changed would have to remain that
way for good if I wanted to continue having success.

For instance, I knew that I had to continue eating small meals or snacks
every 3 or 4 hours.

I knew that I would have to do cardio a couple times a week to stay thin.

But it was a lifestyle I was comfortable with and one that was not that
difficult to continue.

I often became afraid that the body I worked so hard for would be taken
away at any moment, but as I continued my physique kept getting better
and better.

My energy level was the highest it had been since I could remember.

My self esteem was high and my courage to try new things impressed me.

I started a new career as a personal trainer and soon was teaching others
how to positively change their bodies.

I had come full circle, from a place of despair and frustration to a place
where I could now help others with their own battles.

I soon knew that it was my calling to help others with the same issues that
had plagued me for so long.

During the whole time I was attempting to lose weight, I often referred back
to a saying I read one day while browsing in a bookstore.

I was reading a Zig Ziglar book. Zig is a self-made success who gives
motivational speeches and writes books on selling and motivation.

I remember reading,

"Whatever the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve."

I reminded myself of this every time I was running or lifting and felt like stopping.

If I can do this, what else could I do?

Well, I still often refer back to that line while I am sweating it out at the gym
or jogging in 90 degree temperatures.

However, I have adapted that line to include one other part that I feel is
important in achieving your best body ever.  For me it is my formula for success.

CONCEIVE + BELIEVE + TAKE ACTION = ACHIEVE

Taking action is the secret ingredient that turns failure into success.

Conceive, believe, and take action and you can achieve anything you want .

Best wishes,

Shawn LeBrun
