Welcome to Success! Workout Journal

12 Week Exercise & Nutrition Daily Journal - Workout Log

exercise and nutrition workout log People who successfully manage their weight (fat-loss or muscle-gain) keep records of their progress. The records become a source of inspiration. By keeping an accurate journal there is no fooling yourself. You will become acutely aware of your progress.

The workout log provides a way to monitor your progress to becoming a healthier, happier and yes, better looking...you! It also serves to keep your motivated. Every serious lifter keeps track of what they lift and eat.

"Dreams are goals with deadlines."

The journal consists of two easy-to-use forms - a daily nutrition diary and an exercise tracking log. Much of your success will depend on your ability to consistently and regularly maintain your journal.

Each day you will fill in your nutrition journal with the appropriate information regarding calories and fat grams. You can track grams of protein and carbohydrates as well.

In addition to keeping track of your nutrition intake, the Journal also should be used to keep a record ofyour exercise program. This record keeping will provide you with a daily "snapshot" of your physical progress.

Remember the most successfull people are those who keep accurate records. If you want to improve you have to set goals for yourself and track your progress in attaining them. How can you push yourself at the gym if you don't know how much weight you lifted the week before?

Regardless of the current program or workout routine you are following you can log it in this journal. It feels good to flip through the pages and see how far you've come. Use the journal to break by training plateaus by reviewing your previous diet and training measures.

Don't just wing it....make a plan and follow through with it.
