Proper Exercise Technique



While standing with a shoulder width stance, take a medicine ball and hold it at hip level. Using the shoulders extend the ball out in front of you until the ball comes to about eye level. Hold it there for a second and lower it slowly. This exercise builds the deltoids and strengthens the shoulder girdle.
