Proper Exercise Technique



Get into the pushup position. Your feet should be straight out behind you and your hands a little wider than shoulder width apart. Perform this exercise just like you would do normal pushups except you will have a medicine ball underneath one of your hands while doing it. The use of a medicine ball makes the exercise an isolateral movement and also builds proprioception in the shoulder and elbow joints.
