Proper Exercise Technique



While standing with a shoulder width stance, take a medicine ball, picking it up over your head, slam it to the ground. On the rebound, pick it up again and repeat. You want your body to lead your hands, and your hands to follow. You hands should not lead the hips or body in this exercise.
