Place the weight on one end of the bar, securing the other one in a corner. Squat down like you're going to deadlift the weight holding the end of the bar in one hand. Clean the bar, press the weight, toss it to the other hand, press it again, then place the bar back on the ground. Then repeat starting with the other hand.
