Proper Exercise Technique



While standing with feet shoulder width apart, raise a slightly heavy medicine ball over your head. Next slam the ball into the ground as hard as you can. When throwing the ball down, slightly bend forward and keep your core tight. This will add force to the throw and assist the ball in coming right back to you, and enabling a continued motion as your go through the reps.
