Proper Exercise Technique



While standing with a shoulder width stance, take a medicine ball, squat down into a sit-up position. Place the medicine ball behind your head while still in your hands, then – with a throwing motion of your hands, and a sit-up motion with your hips – stand up. Using the momentum of the medicine ball, and the sit-up, transition to a standing position, then repeat.
