Proper Exercise Technique



Place both hands on a medicine ball in push-up position. For greater difficulty move your hands to the side of the medicine ball. Keeping your back and hips flat, complete a push-up. Make sure your chest touches the top of the medicine ball, then press until your arms are slightly below fully extended (you want to keep a slight bend at the elbow).
