Stand with the feet a bit further than shoulder width apart, and hold the medicine ball at your chest. As you move into the squat position, press the ball directly over head. Next, return to your beginning stance and repeat the motion. This exercise primarily works the front and medial head of your shoulder as well as the hamstrings and glutes.
