Proper Exercise Technique



While standing with a shoulder width stance, take a medicine ball and press it overhead. Forcefully bring the medicine ball cross body down to one side of the body and then back up in a diagonal fashion to the opposing shoulder. This movement should resemble a cross body chopping movement. Do 10-15 reps on one side and then switch to the opposite side.
