Proper Exercise Technique



Place the weight on one end of the bar, securing the other one in a corner. Pick up the weight, holding it in one hand, resting on your shoulder. Place the foot that is on the same side as the bar you're holding at the back of your stance, and the opposite at the front of your stance. Bending your legs, press the weight until your arm is fully extended.
