To perform standing band abdominal twist, tie two bands together and attach one end to a machine at about shoulder level. Grab the other end with BOTH hands. Now with your arms straight out and the band at a 90 degree angle of your extended arms. Twist your body away from the band and into the resistance. This exercise is rough and will really tear up your abs. The upper back and rear deltoids will also get pumped to from supporting the tension of the bands.
