Proper Exercise Technique

The weight you use for this exercise should be about half of your max weight for a deadlift. You'll really need to chalk up your palms for this exercise. Do a trap bar deadlift and hold it at lock out. Walk out about 25-50 feet and then lye the bar down. Turn around and walk the opposite direction. This will wreck your abs and traps. If you core is a weak point for you can add some turning motion into the walks. This will destroy your abs and you'll be sore for awhile.
