Quad Exercise: Box Jumps

Sturdy wooden box or platform

Proper Exercise Technique



Position your body so you are standing in front of a sturdy wooden box or platform with your feet close together but not touching. Crouch down slightly and then jump up landing with both feet on top of the box.

Be sure to bend your knees when you land. Pause for a one-count and jump back down to the starting position. Repeat.
