Many of the cardio exercises listed on this page look like regular gym exercises. However they are actually resistance cardio movements that
are great for fat burning and actually cause the muscles being trained to add mitochondrial density making the muscle more efficient at using
fat for energy.
Most of these movements are full body exercises. If you're like most people you are pressed for time, want fast workouts and you're bored to
death with boring cardio machines like treadmills and bikes. These exercises will burn more calories faster.
