I started to put some isometric exercises into my workout and man do they work. Sometimes when you are not up for weights, these exercises are good to still hold your muscles for 30 seconds in various forms like push up, plank, prayer press and other holds. There's breaks in between. When you want less hassle but still impact, then these are the exercises to go for.
