To perform band X walks, take 1 band and fold it on itself to make a double looped circle. Put the circle on the floor and step into it. Pick the band up and put it around your knees or your ankles. Now make long strides shuffling back and forth laterally. The movement should be wide and your body should be moving right to left while you are facing forward. This particular exercise is great for a warm up for a lower body training day. It greatly increases the activation of these muscles and gets the blood flowing.
