Proper Exercise Technique



Grab a kettlebell by the handle and extend it overhead. Bend your arm at the elbow and let the kettlebell come behind your head and flex your tricep and extend it overhead.

Using a kettlebell for this exercise will decrease the amount of stress on the elbows and shoulder joints.
