Charles T. Eger Jr. earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Education/Exercise Science from Central Connecticut State University (CCSU). He completed his internship at Yale University and is currently pursuing his Masters in Physical Education/Exercise Science at CCSU. Eger currently is a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and is currently an Assistant Director of Sports Conditioning at a Division I Institution. As an athlete he has dedicated countless hours to strength & conditioning. His hard work and dedication led to signing a professional football contract with an Arena Football Team. Eger's desire to enhance his athletic ability through training, success on the field, and education has enabled him to co-produce the most effective and complete training program available.
Michael P. Ericksen, MS, CSCS
Michael P. Ericksen is a 2000 graduate of Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) with a MS in Physical Education/Exercise Science. Ericksen also earned his BS in Physical Education/Exercise Science from CCSU and performed his internship at Yale University. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and holds a Club Coaching Certificate from the United States Weightlifting Federation. Erickson is currently the Director of Sports Conditioning at a Division I Institution, and he has trained several professional athletes in football, basketball, soccer, and baseball. It is Erickson's experiences training athletes of all levels that enables him to co-produce such an effective training program for all athletes.
