Proper Exercise Technique
The Jockey Row was developed by the legendary Vince Gironda, who knew more than a thing or two about weight
training. It exercises the entire upper back.
Hold low cable and stand as shown. Pull up on transversus and pelvic floor. Inhale. Pull handle into chest
while keeping body low in a jockey position. Return handle slowly to start while exhaling.
