Proper Exercise Technique



Loop a band around the middle of a barbell. Stand on the opposite end of the band. Reach down and grasp the barbell in both hands about shoulder width apart. Bend at the knees and lift the bar from the ground to waist level. Be sure to do the lifting with the legs and keep the back tight.
