In a prone position with the stability ball under your legs between your knees and feet hold
a stiff push-up position. Twist your body from the hip/torso area keeping your upper body from
shifting too much. Twist as much as 90-degrees to the right and than to the left. Be sure to
reposition the stability ball if it shifts out of place.
