Take a band and wrap it around your back with each end in your hands. Grad a pair of dumbbells and lay down on a bench and press the dumbbells straight up. The band will add more resistance to the top portion of the lift and increase the triceps recruitment for this exercise. This movement will greatly help build the raw bench.
