  • 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein


  • 1.5 Cup of Frozen Berries Mix (Strawberries. Raspberries, Blueberries, Blackberries…)


  • 4 Tablespoons of fat-Free Yogurt


  • 200ml of Water


  • 25g of Dextrose (Only if consumed Post-Workout
