For over ten years professional fitness model and personality Carmen Garcia has been actively involved in the health and fitness field. She has successfully worked her way up as one of the most popular fitness personalities. Her passion for fitness and quality of life through proper nutrition and exercise has led Carmen to become one of the most downloaded fitness models on the internet! This highly in demand fitness personality has appeared in countless publications Internationally. From numerous magazines, fitness commercials to music videos and hosting TV shows from around the world, she believes nothing would have been possible without her passion for training hard and understanding nutrition. Carmen is a Certified Fitness Trainer and Nutrition Consultant by the Professional Personal Trainer’s Association (USPTA) and CPR certified. She is a current IDEAfit member, studying for the International Sports and Science Association. She has competed professionally as an athlete in fitness organizations such as Galaxy Nova and Fitness America. Her strong background in nutrition and expertise as a former athlete/competitor also gives her the experience to assist clients by achieving their fitness goals in an innovative & challenging way. Not only is Carmen a fitness professional and model, but she has managed to integrate her new line of apparel & fitness training services in Los Angeles, CA named Fitbody Star.
Fitbody Star exercises implement cardiovascular activity, YOGA movement and stretching, body and weight resistance, interval training, outdoor circuit training, boot camp, kickboxing, plyometrics, core training and overall functional training for better sports & daily task performance. Carmen’s mantra is to create balance through proper nutrition, supplementation and a variation of exercises in order to achieve homeostasis and improve overall quality of healthy living for a sound body, mind and spirit.
