I have been getting a lot questions about what supplements I take during the season and in each phase of my training so I decided to post exactley what, when and how much so you guys can have an idea and have a rough outline to start your own supplement protocol!
There you have it this protocol is pretty much set in stone. The only thing that may very is the brands. I only hit the gym 3 times a week during the season sometimes only twice if we have a short week. On those days I take out the pre-workout supplements but keep the post workout supplements at the same time. But after 8 years of pro-football this program makes a huge difference in recovery and keeps my strength through out the season.
