Drink more water more often

You can quickly shed 3-5 pounds of sheer excess water weight by increasing your water intake. When you drink more water your body is able to flush out sodium and natural toxic residue.

Since unnatural and an overabundance of toxins get trapped in your fat stores, detoxifying your body is a great way to increase weight loss.

Step #5 – Balance your pH

Overlooking one’s pH balance can play a factor in weight control. Having an acidic pH can make it nearly impossible to achieve weight loss.

When you bring the body to a slightly alkaline level, you will be more apt to burn body fat and achieve that desired weight loss you have been working toward.
