Jeff Anderson "The Muscle Nerd" Bio

Fitness Author Jeff Anderson the Muscle Nerd Better known in bodybuilding circles as "The Muscle Nerd", Jeff Anderson picked up this nickname for his reputation at his local gym as being a "bookworm" when it came to bodybuilding and fitness, constantly taking extensive notes in the gym after every set. Jeff began bodybuilding when he joined the army and realized that his scrawny 6' 2", 148 pound body just wasn't going to cut it. After 2 years of hard and dedicated training, Jeff was disappointed to see that he had only gained about 7 pounds "topping out" at just 155. That's when he set out on his own to find a better way, and found inspiration for his revolutionary concepts while watching the Oprah Winfrey show...Don't ask, Jeff explains this on his website! =)

What Jeff realized was that just as the metabolism can be "programmed" to burn greater amounts of fat, so can the body's natural production of anabolic hormones such as testosterone and growth hormone. He devised a step-by-step method for achieving this, and his top-selling e-book,
